9/7/25 i really debated on posting this. But it upsets me I’ll never be able to try this place due to the fact of the customer service. We’ve been there 3 times and have t gotten to try the food. We called in advance and they said to come in 45 minutes we did with our two children. We got sat outside which was wonderful! Well so the waitress comes and gets are drinks and it takes her 20 minutes. She comes back takes our order and I order a mimosa and it takes another 30 minutes for the drink. As time goes on we’re wondering where are food is. The 6 top who’s order we got watch taken now has there food and are eating meanwhile we have nothing. At this point is been an hour in a half. The waitress comes over and says the kitchens backed up. That’s okay. Another 30 minutes go by. Still no food. We had ordered only 2 French toast, a yogurt Parfeit and a bagel. We were there for 2 hours. The manager with the tattoo on the upper arm area comes over and she acts shocked. I told her I had watched a 6 top get greeted, eat, and leave. She asked the server if it was true and checked on our ticket. It apparently was at the bottom and told us it would be another 45 minutes! The manager then told me our order didn’t even get put in till 1. We got there at noon and she took our order before 12:30. At this point it’s been over two hours and my two kids haven’t gotten to eat. But they didn’t care. They just asked if we wanted to leave. We were the third table to leave that day due to improper managing. We were more than patient until the manager lady told us we could leave and go else where when telling her my kids can’t wait another 45 minutes. At that point they missed out on breakfast and it’s lunch times. So we left and went and had Mexican in twice the time it took them to bring 4 simple meals. I could have went to Fayetteville and ate breakfast...
Read moreThis place has potential, but from the get-go it was lackluster. Upon arrival we were told 30 to 45 minutes, there was a bench over in the corner next to the bar area and we asked if that was a waiting area and if we could set down and we was told no. Two minutes later, some people walked in, checked in and proceeded to sit on the very bench and wait.
At about the 45 minute mark, we were escorted to our table, we sat down and ordered our drinks. A few minutes later, a lady walked up and told us we needed to move to a different table because she has a 12 top coming in and our waitress is training. The three of us were at a small square table, so they moved us over to a smaller round table and I’m stuck out in the aisle as staff hit the back of my head about every 45 seconds as they are passing by, one of which was very sweaty and brushed across the back of my head and neck as I was eating (not the greatest filling). Even though I scooted in several times, they continued to bump into me. They never brought my wife the coffee she ordered, I got the southwest burrito and it was very small. When they brought our food out, I requested more water to which was not refilled until after we had finished our food. Oh, and the table, they moved us away from, they put our waitress on it who was “training”, and then proceeded to scoot them over and put another three top there?
I understand it’s only their second week so I do get the fact there is growing pains, but this was more like a cluster….
I feel like a lack of management might...
Read moreI am putting this in because I’ve had yet to try the food for a second day in a row. My boyfriend has now driven across town to go put me in some food to bring me while sick since they wouldn’t take a too go order over the phone . A hour in a half before close might I add. He said it was fairly busy in there and had no problem with waiting. He was going to even sit and have a drink. But they had told him they were no longer excepting guest because apparently their kitchen couldn’t keep up today? And wouldn’t even serve him. I find this very very unprofessional considering I’ve been in the industry myself for many years and have been at openings for restaurants. There is no excuse to turn away a paying customer a whole hour in a half before you close. It was a small order too. And yall wouldn’t even let him have a mimosa? He would have waited an hour if he had too. It was no big deal and yall made it one. Very very unprofessional. He just wanted to enjoy a drink and grab me some food. A yogurt Parfeit and a French toast I feel like is no reason to turn a customer away an hour in a half before closing time. And told him it’ll be better next week? That’s completely...
