Was here for lunch on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. The food truck is parked at the Bakery District downtown Fort Smith. Other food trucks are here too. I ordered the full pork basket and two sides. Had sweet baked potato and New Brunswick soup/stew. Food was fresh, tasty, service was friendly. BBQ was moist, tender and flavorful. The BBQ is more on the vinegar side, but was the right amount of tartness. Sides were excellent. Definitely give this establishment a try. Very good in my books.

Ordered on their website because they were set up right down from my house. Waited the 30 minutes they said it would take. Got there they informed me that their online orders go to the downtown location. They called down there and our order hadn't been started. Drove the 20 minutes to get downtown and when I got there they still hadn’t even started on my order. I had asked for the coleslaw form the sandwich to be put on the side got it home no coleslaw. The pulled pork was super dry. The bread on our burger was literally softer than dough it was so soggy. The burger was dripping grease. Just not a great experience. The vinegar bbq sauce was...
