I had the pleasure of being served by Huntyr recently, and I can honestly say she made the entire dining experience unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, she set the standard for what outstanding service should be.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I ordered a jalapeño burger, and they brought out a classic burger. Since my family was already about done eating by the time the manager (Kelly) stopped by, I asked for the correct burger to be brought out in a to-go container. This is my last night home for the holidays with my family, and I was hoping to be able to eat with them.

However, I checked the burger they brought out in the to go box and it was a plain burger with cheese, none of the ingredients included from the jalapeño burger I ordered on the menu. When I called this to the attention of the manager, I asked if she could just take the burger off the bill because I wasn't even going to eat it at that point. She told me she could bring out the missing ingredients to add to the burger, and I insisted no I literally did not even want it at that point. I came in originally with the intent to eat a meal with my family in their establishment. She had a lot of attitude at that point and the waitress came back by the table to take away the to-go box to make sure I wasn't going to take it home since they were removing it from the bill. She added an eye roll to top it all off.

I loved my first few meals with this restaurant from a year or so ago, but tonight's experience has unfortunately soured the whole restaurant for me. Won't ever step foot in there again, and I'm sure they will be glad to hear it the way they were reacting from what should have been a simple fix in any respectable...
