McDonald's — Restaurant in Fort Valley

Paying I had to get through grumpy face but the lady who actually served the food through the second window was pretty awesome and I've dealt with her before on my way through and she's just awesome told me to keep smiling and made my day. The food is less than par I mean come on the processed cheese is one molecule away from being plastic this was proved when a little bit tripped as it was still melting on my bunless McMuffin onto my shirt and my husband was able to pick it off with no remnants left on my collar where it landed. I get it it's cheap but the stuff's already killing people do they have to do it with the cheese I didn't even want the cheese they just put it on there apparently they don't listen and nobody gets when you say just give me the egg...

Walked in & wasn't greeted because they were busy talking to each other & one girl was just standing in a corner staring off into space.

Went to the Kiosk and made/purchased my order but an order # wasn't given. I waited near the counter & a girl called out an order # a couple of times before saying what the order was in her hand. I advise her the Kiosk doesn't give you an order #. She said "Uh huh", handed me a bag, and walked off. I get all the way home only to realize something is missing from my order. I can't go back and get it at this time, so I call. No one answers the phone, even though I counted at least 2 managers & 20-25 people working there. After the 3rd try, I gave up.

This was the establishment in Fort Valley, GA. It was 10 am. There was an employee at the parking lot entrance washing something, had water everywhere for customers to walk through. He held the door open for everyone and greeted everyone as they entered the restaurant. As we were finishing our food, a giant green grasshopper hopped up on the window behind the table where we were sitting. It looked to be at least 3- 4 inches long. A patron at the counter pointed it out to the cashier who then yelled out to the guy who was outside with the water to take care of it.
