I want to begin by saying how much I’ve loved your coffeehouse. The Seven Smooth is my absolute favorite, and I’ve shared that love by bringing many others to enjoy your drinks too. Your service and coffee have always brought joy to my day.
Today, however, I experienced something very disappointing. My husband and I came at 7:00 p.m. for the advertised Buy One, Get One Free promotion. There was a long line—even law enforcement was present—and we waited patiently for nearly an hour. At 8:08 p.m., we were still six cars away from the order window when Miss Abby approached and said there were no more ducks. I smiled and told her, “That’s okay—I’m here for the Seven.” She laughed, but then told me the promotion had ended. I showed her the time-stamped picture I took when we arrived, but she simply said, “There’s nothing we can do about it.”
I understand policies and cutoffs, but after waiting an hour, using gas, and staying loyal as a regular customer, it truly felt discouraging to be turned away like that. I’ve always appreciated your coffee and hospitality, but after this experience, I don’t see myself returning.
I want to thank you for all the great memories, but this experience left me deeply disappointed.

Read more7 Brew came to a Chamber of Commerce event in Niceville. We fell in love with the iced blonde roast. It was perfectly sweetened! So good!
On 11/15/24, early evening, we ordered that in Fort Walton Beach. Unfortunately we witnessed all 3 girls sniff the milk carton, pour some out on one's arm, poured some into a cup, sniff that cup again, and then proceed to pour the cup into our drink. Awkward...but my daughter tipped any way because she's just sweet. It wasn't the taste we remembered. Not sweet at all. Should we have ordered it differently?
The time before, we ordered a chai latte. It was 98% milk tall drink, full of ice, almost white in color, with barely a hint of chai. Atmosphere wise - The service is always great, happy music, friendliness on point etc. Just remember people are watching you from our cars. We should know what to expect every time we go. Read moreCame by today and the guy in the purple handed my kids drink to the car in front of us and then they handed it back because they didn’t order that and then he proceeded to put his hands all over the lid of our cup multiple times just to touch it the lid never came off it was shocking. I had to ask for a new one and tried to explain why and he said “HUH” then I watch him put his hands all over the new one to. (Not a straw lid) this was a lid that you drink off of. Our drinks taste fine but just so gross to watch someone’s dirty hand go all over the place your kids suppose to drink off of.
