Subway — Restaurant in Fort Walton Beach

If I could give this subway 0 stars I would. Unfortunately I can’t, every single time I come here they are either out of product, are slow and take about 40 minutes to get 3 sandwiches, or rude. Taylor was extremely rude and had an attitude with me the entire time. He even at one point said “I’m tired of this job,” well I came in and ordered a meatball sub along with two others. I didn’t realize until my brother took a bite out of the sandwich that the meatballs were FROZEN. When I order the meatball sub they had none up front so they had to cook some. It was only in the microwave for one round and I didn’t think it was cooked all the way because I’ve worked in the food business myself, but I assumed these people knew what they were doing. I call and they tell me to come back up. As soon as I walk in Taylor starts arguing back and fourth with me until finally I had to say “I done arguing with you” he claims he told me the meatballs were cold and I said I was fine with that HAHA. Yes I completely asked FOR COLD MEATBALLS, that sounds good doesn’t it?! After he makes the sandwich he literally hands me just the sandwich no bag or anything over the counter and says “you have a nice day” in the rudest way. Never again will I use this subway, poor...

The lady working here with the tattoos on arm was rude to customers in front of us and my party as well. Very short and smart with her answers. Older lady in front asked her which meats they offered and the employee replied all sandwiches we offer are on the menu. Which in my opinion the lady was asking because she couldn’t see very well because of her age. So that bothered me. Came to our order and we all ordered salads and asked them to be chopped and she replied in a snappy tone we don’t do that anymore. Well okay then…. Proceeded to ask what we would like in our salad and we choose items and she didn’t put a lot on spinach in there to our liking and so we asked for more and she said no we can add that much to your salad without charging more??? Like what? This is suppose to be a salad the way we wanted…. So will not return to this store because of rude...

Customer service is absolutely wonderful everytime I go in there. However twice in two weeks they start to make my sandwich and do not disclose that they're out of veggies. The first time I felt bad for walking out and wasting their food, this time I bit the bullet and got two sandwiches with out what I wanted on them. All for the sake of not wasting food that they already started. Get a manager in there that knows how to order supply !! Or if you the owner are doing so, you need to get trained by another subway !! Keep up the hard work , great customer service, and at least disclose when you are out of...
