We always stop in while weāre in the area on vacation or visiting family. Normally always a great experience. This time we asked if you could taste the coconut milk in a smoothie. Girl taking the order says no - I say ok bc my daughter does not like the taste of coconut milk so just want to be sure. We order get the smoothie and it is basically white (all milk) with flecks of pink. I tasted it and it was terrible - tasted nothing other than the milk base with barely a hint of strawberry and banana. I go back and nicely tell the girl and ask if they can add more fruit. Another girl tells me itās all pre measured, blah, blah, blah. I said ok well she doesnāt like it because it is all milk and very little fruit and we asked if you could taste the coconut milk before ordering. Would it be possible for her to get something else bc hello we just paid $12. They said no we have to charge you for a new order. I say so you donāt care that we are not happy with the order and there is nothing you can do? Girl says and I quote ā Iām indifferent.ā Finally I asked to speak to a manager, explained the situation and they still do nothing but she does say - oh sorry yes you can definitely taste the coconut milk in this item. Itās interesting because the cost of making a customer happy these days is far less expensive than losing them for good. Itās not about the smoothie, it was how they handled the situation and have poor customer service. Train your āindifferentā workers to handle situations a little better. You are making smoothies and the menu isnāt that challenging. If someone asks about an item maybe they need to know the menu if you have no intention of helping an...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was a local regular up until today. The food is awesome. The employees are friendly. The atmosphere is amazing but I had a horrible experience with one of the owners today. I was not treated with respect so I will put my money in my pocket and not support this buisness any longer. Need to learn a thing or two about customer service. It was not about me getting anything for free but it was the way the owner handled it. Or should I say did not handle it. You should always listen to your customers and value what they are saying.
One of the employees told me I could use the coupon the week prior. Even if that employee was wrong they should correct their employee and apologize to the customer. Not just walk off and say no you can't use it here and not hear me out. Your attitude is everything. You can reply below with some "nice" comment but that was not your attitude that day. You didn't care what I had to say or what your employee told me. You weren't even trying to get to the bottom of it. It was like what I was saying was irrelevant .
Your customers are not irrelevant. Remember that. Especially...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe regularly come to visit since we are locals. Today (9/5/2024), We drive over from Freeport which takes about an hour. Placed an order and didnāt have granola on my kids size sunset bowl and my husbands large local. The granola layer should have been at the bottom of the bowl as pictured on the menu. My husbandās bowl didnāt have granola either, just on the side. My husband returned to the servers with both bowls. They took both bowls. His bowl was remade and mine was not. The server acknowledged that the bowl was not correct. When he spoke to the servers about my bowl he was told that the kids bowl couldnāt be remade unless we paid for another bowl. They had my bowl behind the counter for at least 2-5 minutes. When my husband came back with my bowl it wascompletely watered-down and not edible. Very disappointed at the service today. We paid nearly $30 for our order and only one of us was able to enjoy our bowl. We always tip and have great service. We are retired veterans and local business owners. We specifically show support to food trucks and locally owned companies. Today was a huge...
