Update: Unfortunately, they aren't able to live up to expectations. I loved this place so much that I took a friend when she came from out of town. We both ordered nachos. There was minimal meat, even though I got the Massive Meat nachos. The top was decent, but for some reason the black bean salsa was buried at the bottom. About half the chips were completely covered in soupy cheese, making them too soggy and gross to eat. My friend had the same problem with her Southwest Nachos. We love nachos, but these weren't good at all.

Original post: This place is pretty cool! We sat at a table looking into Bote (the attached board shop). I ordered the crab dip hot, but it came out room temperature. It was still pretty good...just not my preference. The chips were super seasoned and overly salty. It wasn't terrible and we were hungry, so we ate it anyway.

For my entrée I ordered the stuffed pork chop with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. It was delicious! There were whole cloves of garlic in the mashed potatoes. The goat cheese in the pork chop went perfectly with the meat. The broccoli was very good too. I used it as my palate cleanser from all the strong flavors of the other food, which kept the whole meal in balance.

Chase was awesome, but he did get busy so we sat without drinks for a bit. We knew it wasn't his fault, he was constantly moving. Overall, it was great and I definitely plan...

I visited The Boardroom on Sunday evening(20FEB2022). My boyfriend and I visited, along with our friend and his girlfriend. In total there were four of us. We arrived at 5:00 and waited to be seated. There wasn’t any staff present to seat us for about 10 minutes so we finally decided to seat ourselves since the restaurant wasn’t so big and there were a few tables that were empty. Once we sat ourselves, the waiter came to the table and offered us a bigger table so that we could have more room to eat comfortably. He took our drink & appetizer order. We waited for another 25 minutes for our drinks and appetizers. As we waited for our drinks we saw other parties who arrived after us receive their drinks and appetizers. At 6:00pm we received our drinks and placed our meal orders. Again, the table beside us receive their food and a second round of drinks even though they were seated after us. And a few other parties who sat at the bar and a couple of tables down received their meals and they arrived significantly after us. We waited for an hour and a half for our meal. We finally decided to leave and just ask for our meal to-go. When I arrived home and sat down to eat my meal, I realized it was not completely cooked. I ordered the meatloaf entree. Please see the...

I'll give it two stars because the menu and location are decent but the service and level of staff knowledge seems to lack. I came from out of town for my wedding with a group of 20+ people, looking to treat my guests to a nice meal. I called ahead two times to this place. The first time I was told, "Please call back, we're in the middle of our lunch rush." I myself work in the restaurant industry, so I understood and happily called back. The second time I called I was told a man named Randy? Started with an R, was the person that handled call ahead for groups but he was gone and would be back early in the week. Takes us to today. I just called FOR THE LAST TIME and spoke to a different woman named Tracy, she told me that this restaurant is, "Too small for call ahead seating. I won't do that." For a wedding, where I am guaranteeing business of 20-25 people. Not only that, I was trying to ask for different ideas and she pretended she couldn't hear me on the phone & HUNG UP. I even asked the second time I called if it was a service that was provided so that I wasn't wasting my time and was told it shouldn't be a problem. Your staff should know that and that is horrible service. We will not be visiting or recommending...

Went in on a Friday night, was seated quickly. My waitress Giuliana was great. Very friendly and attentive. Immediately noticed they have a well rounded beer selection and some delicious craft cocktails. My table decided to go with seared tuna and the Jovian dip to start. Both were very good and I would order again. My friend had the blackened catch of the day which was pompano. It was seasoned and cooked to perfection and had a great flavor. The only drawback was that it was not deboned. We still ate every bite! I had the stuffed pork chops, bussle sprouts and a house salad with house made blue cheese. Lemme tell you that it was absolutely amazing! Like, wow! The sauce was so rich and savory, loaded with portobellos, it complimented the 2 chops layered with goat cheese perfectly 🤌🏽 it was so so good! The Brussels are cooked with apple and bacon, they were also very yummy. House made blue cheese dressing was also good and the side salad was a good size. I highly recommend checking this place out.

This is a tough review for me to put together because this is my absolute favorite place in town and I'm afraid that by posting this I'll be opening it up to a bunch of jabronies, but I love it so much and believe they deserve success, so maybe this will help hah. SO, my wife and I love to come here with our pups because of the following: 1) they have great beer on tap and it is constantly changing, which is awesome; 2) the food is always spot on and while the menu appears to be limited, everything is prepared phenomenally and tastes great; 3) the service is second to none and the staff are always extremely helpful; and 4) our dogs get absurd amounts of love from everyone there (it's to the point where if we are walking by Boardroom with no plan to stop in, Moose will begin to pull me towards the bar in the hopes of seeing his best friends). So with all that being said, how could not love this place?! Do yourself a favor and stop in ASAP. Cheers!
