Very interesting experience. Small store front and there was a long line wrapped around outside on the sidewalk. Overall, tasted very good and would go back for sure, just not 100% what I expected. The cookies are very cake-like, so they are thick and nearly underdone in the middle, yet still crisp on the outside. Because of that, I almost wish they were a tad bit thinner so that you had the gooey experience without the underbaked-ness. It’s that thicker texture that makes this an interesting experience, though, and I would have to crave that in particular to want to come back. I’d consider going back more often, but it was expensive (paid nearly $50 for 12 cookies, two waters, and a milk) and the menu rotates so you don’t know what to expect unless you check online first. I was happy to know you could mix and match cookies, and they offer different options from an order of one cookie, four cookies, six cookies, or 12! They also have water, milk, and some half-pint ice creams available. Service was rather quick and cookies were served slightly warm.

I swung by here yesterday around 1420 and since it's been awhile since the Oreo cookie been on the menu I got excited because the last time I ordered, it was worse than this. I posted a pic. I thought it was just Alaska that couldn't get this right but apparently Indiana too. Not only was this supposed to be one of those moments to redo something that was previously ruined but it was also one I actually enjoyed. Rather or not I'll try the other crumbl location, who knows. At this point, I'm turned off. Thankfully it wasn't a gift, because even box was torn a little which I tried capturing well enough to also include cookies. While I was asked if I was 'pleased' with the order and I 'okayed' it something I never do is return an order especially when I can't visual see it being prepared in front of me. Someone can be doing anything when off to the side.

Store was FILTHY! I should’ve known. The door handle felt grimy and the windows were foggy. I went in because I placed an order for a cheesecake it took a long time and several people got orders before me and I walked in way before they did and ordered before they did. Not only that; but the work stations were filthy! I don’t want to eat where it looks that dirty I contemplated canceling my order several times. Every box they gave to a customer was filthy with cake and debris on the outside and they didn’t even attempt to give great service. They also ran out of Dubai brownies but there was no empathy or help for those who ordered it at all. I get it they are probably having a bad day but that doesn’t excuse the service you give to make matters worse….my cheesecake wasn’t set and the topping was watery. YUCK

Crumbl Cookies has gained significant popularity for its gourmet cookies and unique flavors, but my experience with the brand has led me to believe that there are some serious downsides, particularly when it comes to food safety and quality. After indulging in their cookies, I found myself feeling quite unwell, which has prompted me to reflect on why Crumbl Cookies might not be the best choice for everyone.

One of the primary reasons I believe Crumbl Cookies can be problematic is the inconsistency in their products. While the brand markets itself as offering freshly baked cookies, my experience suggested otherwise. The cookies I purchased were not only overly sweet but also had a strange texture that made them difficult to enjoy. It felt as though the cookies were mass-produced rather than made with care and attention to detail. This lack of quality control can lead to a disappointing experience for customers, especially when they expect a premium product.

Moreover, the ingredients used in Crumbl Cookies raise concerns about their health implications. Many of their cookies are loaded with sugar, artificial flavors, and preservatives. Such ingredients can lead to adverse reactions in some individuals, particularly those with dietary restrictions or sensitivities. In my case, after consuming a few cookies, I experienced stomach discomfort and nausea, which I suspect was due to the high sugar content and possibly some artificial additives that my body struggled to process. It’s essential for consumers to be aware of what they are putting into their bodies, and Crumbl Cookies does not always provide clear information about their ingredients.

Another issue is the portion size of Crumbl Cookies. Each cookie is quite large, often equivalent to two or three standard cookies. While this may seem appealing at first, it encourages overindulgence. Eating just one cookie can lead to consuming an excessive amount of sugar and calories in a single sitting. For someone like me, who is mindful of their diet, this was a significant drawback. After enjoying a cookie (or two), I felt an immediate sugar rush followed by a crash, leaving me feeling lethargic and unwell. This cycle of consuming large amounts of sugar can contribute to long-term health issues, such as obesity and diabetes, which is concerning for a brand that promotes itself as a treat.

Lastly, the overall customer experience at Crumbl Cookies can be hit or miss. While some locations may have friendly and efficient staff, others can be less attentive. My visit was marred by long wait times and a lack of cleanliness in the store, which added to my unease about the food safety practices in place. If a restaurant or bakery does not maintain proper hygiene, it can lead to foodborne illnesses, which is a risk that no one should have to take when enjoying a treat.

In conclusion, while Crumbl Cookies may have a strong following and offer a variety of flavors, my experience has highlighted several reasons why it may not be the best choice. From inconsistent quality and questionable ingredients to large portion sizes and variable customer service, there are valid concerns that can lead to negative experiences, including feeling unwell after indulging in their cookies. For those who value their health and well-being, it might be wise to consider alternatives that prioritize quality and safety over quantity...

I just tried this place for the first time today because I was in the area and reviews are really good. This place about gave me 2 heart attacks within a few minutes of each other. First of all, the place is super clean and you can see everything what's going on in the kitchen. It looks like a very well run clean factory. Everyone I encountered was very friendly. First heart attack was when I seen each cookie almost $5 each... I'll be honest I've never paid that much for a cookie but you get a little bit of a price Break the larger in quantity you buy. So I got a 6 pack $21.98 plus tax... I'm still recovering from first attack but was pleasantly surprised how fast they put my order together. Also they have a really smooth process for ordering and pickup and display which order is next on front counter area. I took my box back out to my car and decided to try one of the chocolate chips. That's where the second heart attack comes in. Oh my goodness... Huge cookies. Fresh, baked and probably the best that I've ever eaten. These people live up to the phrase. You get what you pay for. Well here you will pay more than the average cookie, but you'll also receive much much more than the average cookie place. Y'all have earned five stars from me. And his Arnold Schwarzenegger would famously say I', (ll be back) Thank you. As for the rest of you, get in here and try...
