Starbucks — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

Upon entering Target, there was a small sign on the COVID plexi near the register that read they weren't serving hot espresso drinks because the machine was broken, but the lights were on and nothing regarding anything else about the state of their business. That's fine - I was there for a pastry. It was 4pm on a Monday. But the "barista" behind the counter wasn't wearing much of anything representing an employee or even a barista. I asked if they were open, and the barista looked at me and said, "No - that's why the lights are off..." It was perfectly lit for a Starbucks kiosk. And even if it wasn't, the attitude could've been lessened. Also, they could've used a "closed" sign - not a "not serving hot espresso drinks" sign. Those are two different things.

Definitely skip the "convenience" of this and just go across the street to the...

I felt rushed and the lady had an attitude because she was ready to go on break, she asked if I needed a receipt I said no and she never gave me my change the drink wasn’t mixed well I could see everything in there floating ,when I went to get a refund she acted as if I didn’t know what I had ordered so she goes to give a refund and gives me back less than what I payed and still not even my change was given back then I told her that what she had givin me wasn’t what I had payed and that I want my Chang as well and she goes and says is that why I was upset with an even bigger attitude and she starts naming why it was what she had charged me and the shocking part was that she had also charge me extra money for LIGHT ICE are you serious she then gives me all my money back I’m never going back to that...

If you haven't been to a Starbucks don't just jump in line stand back and take in the endless options. Recommendations: You just like a plain cup of Joe, Pike Place is a great heavy caffeine medium to dark roast. Don't like coffee, Chai Tea Latte, hot or cold is excellent. Caramel Macchiato either hot or iced for those who don't care for the heavy coffee flavor and like Candy Coffee.
