So I walk in to this location of Starbucks and had my site set on a double espresso vanilla bean but as always those baked goods catch my nose so of course I buy the pumpkin walnut bread and the lemon ice cake and my vanilla bean double espresso four people in front of me in line shouldn't be too long of a wait right? Wrong! Oh so wrong! It's when I started seeing two three four five people in line behind me getting their items and leaving so I think okay well they must have been here before me and just got back in line, wrong again. So after almost 20 minutes I decided that I should probably go see what's going on and the girl that I ordered from I asked her politely if my coffee was ready and she told me that I didn't order a coffee which baffled me cuz she took my order. And I have my breads in hand in their seat in front so I proceed to show her and then she says well I gave that to you so we'll hold on we're just telling me that I didn't order one it's like well I meant to say I already gave the one you ordered so at this point I'm just thinking I'll just buy another one so I walk around and I hear " excuse me sir, is this what you ordered? ' I tell her now how would I know that cuz I have absolutely no idea what's in "THAT"cup . "What did you order?" A double espresso vanilla bean. And sure enough the one in our hand was mine whipped cream all over have to whip cream was either melted or not filled all the way like usually and once again I politely asked her to go ahead and please make me another one since I had to wait so long and this one is room temperature, either the whipped cream was melted or not even filled up and I'll tell you what I've never seen such a cute girl that's such an ugly face and attitude I literally seeing her turn to a Demon woman right before my eyes. I can say I've had a couple matters experiences with Starbucks but this by far cops the cake I definitely won't be coming back to...
Read moreThe last time I went to this location and ordered a cold brew with half and half. I ended up having to just pitch the drink and move on. I try not to make waves at restaurants; I know the staff are tired and overworked and that accidents happen, but I literally could...

We drive a little further from home to visit this location. Today we stopped in for my husband's birthday coffee. I was originally going to get a copy of his coffee for myself but she saved as $7 and made his freebie the biggest size so I could share. She also gave us extra creme since she heard that was my favorite part. We jokingly called it a wife cup in the car and had a good laugh.
Thanks for always making the day a...
