January 16th approximately 6:30. We will never come back the manager made my family and I very uncomfortable. I use an app to pay for the bill. The waitress she didn't know what the app was and I explained to her I paid it and she went got her manager. After he went back and forth many times to his computer and back to our table and informed us it was never paid and I showed him a few times on the app that I did. He told me that he's been there about 15 years and he's never seen anybody pay it like this. He made us feel like we are trying to scam the restaurant and most importantly he made us feel like even though he didn't come out and say it. That he was going to call the police. But I also knew I was not paying the bill twice. Well finally he realized that there were numbers on the app that I was showing him. And he wrote those down looked it up and realized we did pay for it. Because of the incident on Lima road back in 2010. We haven't been there since to that location. We visited the Illinois road location a couple years ago service was awful the food was awful. However, it was my son's birthday and he wanted to go to Logan's because that's where he kind of grew up and was Logan's on Lima road with visits 2 to 3 days a week for a long time when they first opened until 2010. Because of the managers actions and his attitude towards everything we won't go back ever. And like I said in the complaint that I sent to the corporate offices website. My wife caught most of this on video with her camera and I'm going to share it with over 50,000 followers on TikTok. There are better restaurants around Fort Wayne. And I'm sure there are better restaurants and other parts of the country patrons could visit. It's a shame because my understanding Logan's closed up many restaurants around the country. And I could see why. The food isn't what it used to be. The managers don't fully know how to do their job and they treat the customers poorly. We will never come back last night was the icing on the cake you could say. If you need to look up the bill the bill before it tab came out to 62.21 with a party of four. To the person who monitors this page. No reason for an apology. No reason to send me a link and requested me to contact corporate office with my concerns because I've already done that. And lastly, I won't be coming back to check the review because there will be no point of course. We will never come back ever. There's a great steakhouse on Washington Center road. They're always busy of course and there's a reason they're always busy with a long wait time. They know how to treat their customers and their food is...
Read morePlease allow me to begin by saying that while today is my 43rd Birthday—Aside from this review concerning Logan’s, my entire day was absolutely horrific. I did not get to sleep until 4:45am this morning as I was in much pain in my left hand due to tendinitis, I had to get back up at 8am to get ready for a 9 hour shift, two hours into it I get locked out of the office and had to wait until maintenance arrived, I had to call the police twice as I am a manager and was faced with a disgruntled individual, plus deal with the other onsite property management as well where the incident occurred, all of my family is in Atlanta, and with everyone working or otherwise engaged, I finally get home from work to my dog at basically 7pm. I was tired, drained and frustrated. I was literally intent that I was just going to snack out of the cabinets and fridge, before turning in at whatever time.
Then came Victoria M., (err, possibly Veronica…Sorry, it’s been a LONG day) and Ashley at the “To Go” Ordering area. At the last minute, literally about 45 minutes before they closed at 10pm on this Sunday evening, I decided to go ahead and treat myself. I called, placed my order, sharing just a little about my day, and when I went to pick it up, they personally had covered the charge themselves.
The Customer Service that I received from both girls, left me speechless, grateful, surprised, and then so very much more. I can definitely guarantee that Logan’s will ALWAYS BE my number one dine out choice with friends and family first and foremost—Before anyone else. Even if the meal is $60 or more….It’s ABSOLUTELY the Customer Service that will be the reason why I will never think twice about the cost period!

Read moreWe just left Logan’s at Jefferson Pointe and it was the first time we have ever had a bad experience there. First we walk in to check in with the hostess and she says it will be a 40 minute wait and over half of the restaurant was empty. Empty clean tables everywhere but several people waiting. We were then seated 5-10 minutes later but that was the only bright spot in our meal. We place our order and in less than 5 minutes we already have our food but the server hadn’t even had time to bring us our salads or rolls. You could tell that they threw our meal together from food left over from people who had gotten tired of waiting and left because my chicken tenders were cold and there was pieces of sweet people skins and the strings that are on sweet potatoes on my plate but I had a regular potato. My husbands steak was over cooked and there is no way it was cooked fresh for his order if we had it back on our table in less than 5 minutes. Another couple approached our table and said that people had been leaving left and right because of the food and service. After I get my food another girl comes out with 1 more chicken tender because they had apparently shorted me one. We were sitting close to the bar and lots of employees standing around but no one would take the initiative to clear off the dirty dishes from the bar the one bartender just shoved dirty dishes to the side when two guys sat down at the bar when we left 20 minutes later the dirty dishes were still there and about the entire bar was covered with trash and dirty dishes.
