Worst Experience I’ve had at this location by far. Ordered my food at around 10:45. Mind you this is on my lunch break which is from 10:55 to 11:30, so I ordered ahead of time thinking I’d be able to grab it and go. Got to the location through drive through. When I got up to the window they said I had to pull forward and it was around 11:10 so I thought it’d be just an extra minute. Well it came to 11:15 and still no food just my drink and receipt. So I pulled up to the drive through reserved parking spot right in front of the doors since no one came out to give me my food. I walked in saw the someone was finally bringing out food for drive through people waiting. On top of all this while I was waiting all this time already every other car in the drive through after me all got their food and all way after me. But as I went inside and saw someone walking with two bags of food as she was walking out I asked kindly if she had a order with my order number on it and she brushed me off and told me to wait till she’s done. So I just followed her outside and went to my car to wait and she went the car who had also been told to wait that was also after me. Gave them all their food and came to me empty handed and asked what my order was. And I told her and followed her back inside. And she went to look for my order and had nothing for me. She said it would be a second and said they went to look for my car and didn’t see me but no one even stepped outside. It’s 11:20 by now and I just asked for a refund at this point and didn’t want my food and she said it would take longer to do so than to remake it, I then told her I’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes here and that’s almost 30 with me ordering ahead of time. Her response to me was “well I’m doing the best I can bro” and gave me attitude. At this point I was over it and had went off and they magically found my order with no side receipt on the bag meaning it was taken off or never put on and put to the side and just left there. This morning I stopped here first and got a sausage biscuit meal and didn’t get my hash brown. After calling 4 times, after getting to the other side of Fort Wayne, I gave up trying and figured I’d collect my loss of a hash brown. But then tonight on my way home from work I decided to stop to get 4 holiday pies and a drink. I get to the first window and pay, go to the second window and get my food. I pulled up to take a bite out of a pie, and to my surprise it was an apple pie. So I go back through the drive thru line and tell them my order was messed up and then was prompted to go to the first window. I get to the first window and a manager comes to it and first off makes me feel as if I needed to apologize for ordering something and not getting what I ordered and payed for. She made it feel as if I was to blame, then turns around after I questioned her and then blamed her employees at the window for not telling me that they only had 2 holiday pies. After I was confused (and frankly upset) for about 30 seconds, she decided to tell me to hold on a minute and she would get me holiday pies that just came up. I was then prompted by the window people to move to the second window and the same manager was upset I pulled forward to keep the line moving like I was asked to. Read moreWhile I did not partake of the food that was presented to my party, I observed that the food was delivered with seemingly supersonic speed. "Surely they must have compromised the order to attain such speed" I shouted in disbelief, but alas, not only was the delivery fast but the order was exact. Two caramel sundaes, one order of medium fries, supersonic delivery with laser-guided precision. The order was delivered on a lightweight try that was creativly decorated with a brightly colored paper. The paper had images of smiling employees with text that read some of the many benefits employees of McDonald's enjoy. Crystal clear containers provided a perfectly transparent home for the white as snow ice cream. Slow moving rivers of carmel pooled near the summit of these majestic sundae mountains. The medium fries had an aroma which tickled ones nostrils with pleasure. This establishment provided an indoor place where individuals under a specific hight could take off their shoes and ride slides, play games and exercise. Unfortunately I being 78 inches tall disqualified me from use of this area but I vicariously found enjoyment as my companions were all far shorter than I and they had a delightful time within the room of play.
