4/28/23 I only came to this location because my phone synced to it while placing my mobile order, otherwise I would have went to another location. I went to the drive through stated my code, and pulled up to the payment window. Once at the payment window there was one employee sitting on her phone. I waited for her to come over and she didn't so I pointed forward to see if I was supposed to pulled ahead. Only then she came over asked if I wanted my receipt (because my payment is already on the mobile app) was talking to another employee about someone else's method of payment and completely ignored me. Next, I pull up and the boy handing out the order does so extremely slow. One beverage at a time, minutes in between, I thank him after each one and he also ignores me. He hands me my food, I thank him and tell him to have a great day, he still ignores me. I pull away and notice I don't have my big Mac sauce (which they charge you for) and my kid's meal. I'm then forced to park and go inside because now the drive thru is ridiculously long. I go inside, wait at the counter, ignored by many employees until a girl comes up and finally helps me, this girl was the only kind employee I encountered. I informed her of missing both my sauces, and kids meal. She calls out for these items, I step to the side. Guy behind me was also shorted items from the drive thru. She then finally brings me my items, I look in the kids meal, I was given apples instead of an extra fry. I inform the same girl as before, she calls out for needing another "baby fry". She then comes around the corner and asks for the apple slices back, I said, "This is not proper food safety, but I do not want this item, you can take them back." She even said, "I don't know why he wants them back either." They give me my order and I ask to talk to the manager, because it has now been over 20 minutes of placing my order, and it has been messed up many times. I tell the manager how I have not returned to this location in over 5 years because of the consistency of inaccurate orders, and I also informed him how taking the apple slices is not proper food safety, they are either supposed to be given to the customer or thrown away, and also informed him of being ignored through my whole drive thru experence, his only excuse, which this is an excuse, is "We are short staffed." I said, "For 5 years?" He then rolled his eyes and walked away. No apology, no making it right, just an eye roll and also now being ignored by a manager. This is not how to run a business. Read moreThis used to be a go to restaurant for my boyfriend and I to go to when we needed a quick bite. Recently their service has been getting worse and worse. The past few times I have gone to get a caramel iced coffee and the caramel tasted like it was expired. When I place mobile orders they almost never get our order right. Tonight we had gone through after my boyfriend got done with work, and the experience got worse than before. I had placed a mobile order in hopes of making our experience quicker and easier for both parties. At the speaker everything was fine. We pull up to the pay counter and I tell them that I had a mobile order and that I had paid for it online. They proceed to close the window and, by the looks of it, continue with other people's orders. No problem, this has happened to me at this restaurant and other ones as well. At many restaurants they have told me to drive ahead before proceeding with other people's orders, so I guessed that they had told me to do so, and I drove forwards. When I got to the pick up counter they told me the order amount, which was not what it said on my phone as I had applied a coupon, but sometimes technology doesn't work. I didn't quite understand, he repeated it, and then I tell him that I had paid online and had told him that already. He asked me what my order was, so I tell him and he went to the back. He comes back after less than a minute and hands me my receipt while proceeding to tell me that I need to make sure to tell them that I paid online, which I had told him twice, and that I shouldn't drive forward without telling them I had paid. This was said to me in a very condescending tone, like how most people speak to a child when they've done wrong. We get home, take everything out to eat, and see that they had messed up the order once again. There was no ice in my boyfriend's drink and the drink was the wrong one anyways. We ordered a medium and got a large for my boyfriend which I can assume made my total price go up, but that's just an assumption. My boyfriend also got his sandwich and saw it had everything on it when we ordered it plain. They got my order right which is rare. I will not be going back to this establishment as they have been declining in service for the better of two months now. Read moreWe were just there. They had one guy who was waiting on food curbside since 7:30 and another one who was there before that. It was a few minutes before 8 when we pulled up. When we realized more cars kept parking and none of us were getting food my wife went to go in and investigate to see if she could just get a refund. They locked the doors where no one could enter. We were all calling the restaurant as our mobile apps were saying our food was delivered to us and it was not and the store would not answer. I ended up having to call a different corporate store who apparently got someone on the line here to have a lady come out and throw our food at me and say she would be back with drinks. She never came back but did start taking care of new cars orders while ignoring those of us who had been there going on a half hour for us and an hour for the other cars. We asked the other store for the regional GM's number to let them know how poorly this GM is running this McDonald's and they said they won't give that out. Its a shame because they put a lot of money in revamping this store but the GM and workers don't fill orders correctly and before this we had issues where they wouldn't fill drinks up all the way and fill every size up to a small. McDonald's as a corporate is hurting this quarter and after this experience, I can see why. We won't be going back and the others who were waiting all said they won't be either. I would recommend avoiding this location at all costs unless you like paying for things you won't receive and terrible customer service. And listen, I get restaurants being short staffed, but this store was just flat out being rude to people and not even addressing anyone.
