Rally's — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

Popped through the lunch drive-thru line at Rally's and ordered the double BBQ Bacon burger with their seasoned fries and a bottled water.

Service was good. Got a smile while paying and was quickly handed my payment slip & card, my bag and a well-iced bottle of Dasani water.

Lunch was good too! Freshly made hot fries were crispy on the outside, creamy inside, and oh so good with all the seasonings. My double patty burger was hot and juicy with tangy BBQ sauce, melted cheese, crispy crunchy bacon, and cool & crisp fresh veggies on a soft bun. The meal almost disappeared before I realized it. I was hungry and my Rally's lunch was just right to satisfy...

Honestly this was terrible. You pay $15.96 for 2 meals and i guess you just expect it to be WORTH $15.96. The bbq bacon mother cruncher was dry and almost burned, the lettuce was wilty, and the bbq was non existant, fries were fresh but almost empty..unless the person filling them is blind theres no way they didnt know they so badly cheaped our meals...one fry box legitamately only had 5 fries in it. The hubby was still hungry when he was done. Other than that...the rootbeer was ok. Between the nearly empty fries and the grossness of the nearly burned dry no bbq bacon chicken sandwich i probably wont be visiting rallys again for...

I went to rallys tonight and got a fry lover's xl size fry that cost 5 bucks because I really like the fries at other locations. The fries were soft and the cup they come in was only 3/4 full. For 5 dollars the fries should be overflowing the cup. I also got a rallyburger and a spicy chicken sandwich. Both sandwiches were cold. I was afraid to say anything about the fries but I atleast went back through the drive thru and said the sandwiches were cold. 4 cars were ahead of me. 20 minutes later I had fresh sandwiches atleast. I don't plan on coming back to this location if they don't have basic policies like...
