Five-Star Feast at Applebee’s: Where Every Visit Feels Like Coming Home
I’ve been to a lot of restaurants in my time, but there’s something uniquely comforting—almost magical—about walking through the doors of this Applebee’s. From the moment you step inside, you’re not just a customer—you’re family. And that’s not just a slogan. It’s a living, breathing part of the experience, thanks to an absolutely top-tier staff who make this place a true neighborhood gem.
Let’s start at the bar, where Leon, Chasity, Loretta, and Jaylen are nothing short of legends. Whether you’re ordering your usual or feeling adventurous, they remember your drink, your name, your story. Leon’s quick wit keeps the laughs flowing, Chasity’s attention to detail is impeccable, Loretta’s warm smile could brighten any Monday, and Jaylen brings unmatched energy, creativity, and consistency to every pour. If you’re at the bar, you’re in the right hands.
Out on the floor, the servers are the heartbeat of the operation. Ariana brings grace and hustle to every table she serves. Matt has a sense of humor that’ll make your entire day. Devon is cool, calm, and collected, never missing a beat. Tatum somehow reads your mind before you even ask. Melissa makes you feel like the most important guest in the room. Angelina delivers with charm and consistency. Shay brings energy and style to every shift, and Linda—the soul of service—has a warmth that’s rare and unforgettable.
And behind the scenes, keeping the entire kitchen running like a well-oiled machine is Jaylen—yes, the same Jaylen who can run the bar and crush it in the kitchen. Whether it’s sizzling appetizers, perfectly timed entrées, or those late-night crowd-pleasers, Jaylen brings excellence and precision to every plate that leaves the line.
But none of this would be possible without the driving force behind it all: Kristen, the manager who leads with heart, strength, and purpose. Kristen isn’t just running a restaurant—she’s creating a culture. Her leadership is the reason this team runs like a family, why the energy is always positive, and why guests keep coming back. Her presence is felt in every perfectly timed dish, every clean table, every genuine smile. You don’t just see her work—you feel it.
So if you’re looking for a place where the drinks hit, the food satisfies, and the people remember you—look no further. This Applebee’s isn’t just good. It’s greatness on tap.
To the crew: you’re the reason we keep coming back. To Kristen: this masterpiece of a team is a reflection of you. Never stop being the leader that makes magic happen.

Read moreI have tried for 2 weeks to get someone/anyone to care enough about the customer to see what happened when my husband and I went to Applebees and NOTHING. The restaurant nor the customer service at corporate care how the customer is treated. My husband and I were hoping for a wonderful date night but what we almost got was a visit to the hospital. Our waitress didn't know her product and so when we asked if cucumbers were in the salad - she said no and precceeded to bring us salads. Thank God my husband realized there were cucumbers in the salad before he ate any. They also didn't have the salad dressing he asked for but the waitress assured him they had - did they come ask him what substitute he wanted? No, they made the decision for him. When we pointed out that the salad did in fact have cucumbers and that he needed a new salad - it took over 10 minutes to get a fresh salad. I had to ask her where it was. I had to tell her my husband's salad!!!! Really??🤨 She was more concerned about serving me a bland virgin pina colada that had very little flavor and no fruit with it. 😨 So then we get our meals if that is what you can call it. The ribs must have been from a calf or a baby pig because they were so small. On top of that my broccoli was black and they served it to a customer. 😨 Can you imagine how gross that was to see. 😪 They should have taken the whole plate back but NO THEY DIDN'T. All they did was replace the broccoli for mashed potatoes. Don't they have quality control people look over the plates before they are taken to the customer? Really?? They were so many people working who knew about what was going on NOT ONE PERSON CARED ENOUGH TO APOLOGIZE. Yes they took a very little bit off the bill and I guess they thought that was sufficient. Not by a long shot. Then I decided to call Corporate thinking they would want to know about it and it has been a week and a half and still no call back. What happened to Applebees? They used to be amazing. PLEASE BEWARE EATING AT THIS OR ANY APPLEBEES. LIKE I SAID ABOVE OUR DATE NIGHT ALMOST ENDED UP IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM!!!! VERY...
Read moreTerrible experience today.. we walked in and wanted to be sat with the lady who was seating us because she was really nice but she totally steered us away from her section ( she only had 2 people sat in her section ) she took us to another girls section that she said was really nice too and that she’s a good server but she was completely over sat and she was running around like crazy.. she then proceeded to bring us over there and tells that server she had no tables cleaned that they were dirty … but they didn’t look dirty to me .. anyways , so our new server was double sat and she didn’t seem happy at all .. what a first impression on meeting her , I felt so bad but that’s not our fault … So , we always go to get the 3 cheese chicken penne and it’s usually always good that’s what we always come for ( expect for the lack of sauce) but today it was awful … we got my salad and my husbands soup at the same time as our meal … and my husbands sauce on his noodles had no thick sauce on it like it normally is , it was like Alfredo water at the bottom of the noodles .. YUCK! I looked at mine and it was the same exact way .. I got my salad with my meal so by time I got to my meal it wasn’t even warm and was still watered down that I just asked for something different , but lost my appetite and decided to just leave with only eating a salad … this is the 2nd time in a row going to Applebees in lake worth and another time in fortworth and not being satisfied so we are giving up. My husband got so sick when he got home because he decided just to eat the food because we were starving ! We would go to Applebees every month basically for a year ( Fort Worth ) then they got terrible so we tried this location and now all the locations just keep getting worse . Seriously need to find people who actually care ! Even the manager didn’t apologize for the nasty food or our experience . The server started out a little upset because of her being double sat which I was too but she came around and apologized so many times for the inconvenience at the end . what a shame Applebees , definitely used to be the place to go years ago. we were regulars and now we are done! Hire better cooks and management ! Your poor servers are...
