Having a disability I was, we're coming in late for check-in and was told the hot tub. The only thing that helps me with The pain was going to be closed at nine. The lady came across his root at first, but then her tone changed and she let me stay in it. So I got fifteen minutes in the tub by the time I got unloaded into my room by myself. As for the rest of the staff except for a maids, I would never stay here again. I got help from more travelers than I did.The staff. I unloaded into the room and found what looks like poop stains on a sofa bed Mattress, black scuff marks all over the walls and black shit in the tub. The better semi comfy but the hot tub was overchlorinated and very old, and in definite need of an update, and the pool was dark blue, you couldn't even see the bottom. I will never stay here again, but I guess you get what you pay for. And for being disabled, I sure, was, it's not helped much accept offer to room change.Which of course?I was too tired at that point from moving so many times driving from florida to new mexico the last thing I wanted to do was load my stuff up and go back to a different room. My advice, check your room people before you unload. And you will definitely need a shower. Because I had nothing but dried chlorine all over my hands right from being in the tub, but it did help with the pain except for all the itching caused by over chlorinating.

I loved the customer service it was wonderful! I absolutely loved the view from my room, especially at night. The first night i stayed was during the week so I guess I didn't have neighbors but that next day on the weekend it was super squeaky. I could hear the people on the right walking and the people upstairs. Breakfast was good but the 2nd morning I had Ihop since it wasnt too far. They could stand to update a few things but for the price we found the room at I couldn't really complain. I would most definitely stay again! 6-12-24 Stayed again and again the front desk guy was fantastic (I'm a horrible human being I forgot to get his name...again🤦🏾‍♀️) This time I stayed in an efficiency room (406). It was nice but I've stayed in a efficiency type room before and this one was most definitely lacking. They didn't have any silverware, no soap to clean the dishes, no sponge, and if you want cooking dishes u have to ask for them. They just had a set up of 2 big plates, 2 little ones and 2 bowls. Luckily I'm a truck driver so I had everything I needed but if you don't make sure you bring it or you can probably go downstairs and ask for plastic utensils. Some stuff in the room could use some better cleaning but nothing some odor ban couldn't get fresh and clean. Other than that the room was amazing and super cold.

What to say... it's a cheap or affordable hotel. Food: There is "free" breakfast. tx shaped waffles, cereal, fruit, muffins, they had. Also eggs, bacon and hash. It didn't look too appetizing to me, so I had a cappuccino. They had a cool customizable instant coffee machine. The muffin was stale, I threw it out and didn't try anything else but I am sure someone will like it. Service: It took me about 15 minutes at the front desk for someone to come to the front. And that was checking in and checking out. They were nice and all but there were multiple people waiting at the front for someone to show up... hope you don't have reservations you might miss. Location: Not that far from many places to eat, walmart, the lake. Not sure about safety, I always recommend and anti-theft boot or tool at any hotel as it's an easy target for theft. ROOM: I tried to get the jacuzzi room. No dice I guess. The room was alright, the TV was small. I didn't see any bed bugs, but you should always check first thing at any hotel. Now I did include pics of the sheets that were stained/dirty. I also brought a pillow, and I do recommend that. The air was stale. I brought a small fan because these places can smell and I am glad I did. It looked to be like dirt or mold on the ac unit (pics), but the air filter was clean.

MANAGMENT IS BIAS AND RUDE AND WILL LIE ABOUT YOU IF SHE DOESN'T LIKE YOU TO KICK YOU OUT ON SOME SORT OF POWER TRIP? I WAS DEVESTATED BY HER ACTIONS AND ACCUSATIONS AGAINST ME WHEN I WAS ALONE WITHOUT A CAR AND AFTER A 3 NIGHT STAY AT THE HOTEL!!!

I had previously stayed here not but weeks before the events that took place had came to pass. The indoor pool was one of the perks of this location and since we had such a hard week I thought it would be nice to have that as a feature to the place we stay. I got the room with kitchenette since we would be there most of the week. It is a nice room and comfortable for the 3 of us that were guests this time. I had no issues upon arrival, Dave in fact was very kind and even offered to try to make up for the fact the first room he assigned us (which I loved the location being right above the pool area), for having pet odor that had overwhelmingly overtaken the smell of the entire room. Next day we were not accommodated to another room, because of same manager. For limits to review size - Fast forward to Wed. the day of my booking checkout. I mistakenly thought I had booked up to Thurs which I was told was incorrect and needed to see front desk. I was on a business call at the time so delayed going. She then came back around noon, with the manager alongside. At that time, at end of call, an acquaintance that I had over was greeted by manager who then RUDELY DEMANDED WE LEAVE. I asked her to give me a moment while I checked my booking confirmation because I was under an honest impression I had one more day, AND ALSO asked if I could pay for another night if the booking was Nnt for as long as I intended. She at first said yes, but then quickly rescinded (within seconds) and said SHE WOULD NOT GIVE ME ANOTHER NIGHT AND I NEEDED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY. Long story short I was treated with the utmost WORST ACCUSATIONS AND EMBARASSING WAY FROM HER, WHICH INCLUDED SUCH DISRESPECT, HARASSING AND TRAUMATIC ACTIONS BY THIS WOMAN. SHE CALLED THE COPS AS I WAS PACKING ALL MY STUFF FOR NO REASON OTHER THAN "I WAS AGRESSIVE" I am 100 lbs - she was 3X bigger than me and I promise I was NOT aggressive? Maybe aggressively crying and confused? I even called Choice Hotels corporate to help book another room and ask for something to calm this woman down so I could be made whole for this treatment out of nowhere from someone that I never harmed or even caused any stress to? She not only kicked me out when I had no means of transportation she also refused 3 times by her corporate office to allow me to stay another night, saying she had no rooms to spare?! Which was a lie, it was a Wednesday?... SHE ALSO only allowed my stuff to sit in the lobby because the police officers SHE CALLED on me, felt sorry for me as they could clearly see she was acting unnecessarily irate and towards me for no good reason. They stayed to be sure she didn't harass me for as long as they could as I sat outside the hotel trying to book another room after being overshadowed while packing and crying and confused. The heartless actions she took against me not only caused a WHOLE DAY OF UNNEEDED STRESS AND ANGUISH but also set me back financially, emotionally and my faith in customer appreciation by Choice Hotels is now under question? How anyone could think they are justified in treating people who do nothing but try to make lemonade out of lemons, when life gives you some sour trials, is beyond comprehension to me? This woman needs to find the love of Jesus, because hurt people hurt people, and this lady must really be disturbed by some issues that caused her to be so cold hearted and nasty to a stranger that paid to stay at a hotel with her children and was tossed out for nothing but what could have been maybe words of frustration in a situation that could have easily been remedied if treated with care and patience like someone that manages a Hospitality Venue like a Hotel and says its "Family Friendly" ... IF SHE IS OVERSEEING THIS HOTEL I WARN YOU NOW BE CAREFUL AND KEEP YOUR HEAD DOWN AS THE STAFF SAYS - SHE...

I have been on an unexpected long term stay at the Comfort Suites Hotel @ Quebec & I-820 in NW Fort Worth since Mid-Feb 2021. Initially I just needed a warm comfortable bed to stay warm during the 2020 Texas Snow Storm. Then within a few days, I learned that my residence was uninhabitable from the flood that continued to pour through the ceiling and many of my possessions were damaged and the rest had to be removed and placed in storage.

I was very fortunate to catch a vacancy just after someone checked out. There were no available rooms anywhere in town. Upon arrival there were welcoming friendly faces awaiting my arrival to check in as the staff also looked out for other guests due to return on such a cold snowy night. The location proved to be extremely convenient to the North and Mid-Cities, Downtown, the Medical District as well as W. Ft. Worth.

It has been three months and I couldn't ask for better treatment by the entire team. It was a pleasure when I met the owner to be able to tell him with complete integrity what a wonderful staff he has here. Whatever their roles whether Management, Maintenance, Desk Clerks, Breakfast Attendants, Housekeeping or Laundry, they all work closely together to meet the needs. They all work together, support and cover for one another should anyone have to miss their shift without complaint.

Courtesy and Welcoming attitudes are easily found here no matter the hour, whether weekday, weekend, or holiday. There are many repeat customers who have been coming here for years, as well as several customers who have been here very long term. When they arrive again, everyone greets the other by name, happy to see each other again as they are all welcomed back to the community.

To my great surprise, by the time my insurance finished my claim and my new residence is ready for occupancy, I will have been here for more than 3 months. I'm was so pleased it was here that I have spent such an unexpected and very lengthy stay. It has been a lovely experience in many ways.

I have logged many stays, long and short at many national and international hotel chains and have come to have high expectations about courtesy and service from the hospitality industry as a whole. For all the reasons I've been a hotel guest, be it for vacation or business travel and the occasional unforeseen emergency, I have always had great experiences with very little exception. Never before have I stayed for so long at one hotel without having checked in and out and flown back and forth, to and from home, several times in the timeframe I have been a long term guest here, since the storm.

I'm truly thankful for the Texas Snow Storm. I've had nice accommodations, a very nice room with a kitchen, no bugs, and no problems. I not only have been treated well as a customer, I've felt more at home among the staff than I had in the place I had been living that the snow storm came and flooded. I've been blessed to be able to break a lease from a place I wanted to leave from the day I moved in. I was welcomed here to be not just a customer, but rather a part of the community at the hotel, and have been cared for as if I were a family member.

I highly recommend this hotel and everyone on the team to anyone in the area who is looking for a hotel stay. Everyone of these team members is not only professional, they personify the best in hospitality. I've had a great experience here and I can clearly see on a daily basis the high level of personal commitment every staff member at this hotel gives to both their team and their customers to provide the best professionalism and customer service they are able to offer. Should you choose to stay here I'm sure you will find your bed comfortable, the rooms clean, the hospitality warm, and the...

Just a quick notice this is a detailed review for our recent visit to this hotel on 8/12/18.

First of all the grandeur of this hotel is magnificent, the layout of the lobby and the rooms are well set. I loved the fixtures, placement of the lamps, pictures, everything. I would say I’d come back but I had a few problems which I’ll get into detail about it here soon. The breakfast that they serve from 6am-10am is magnificent, loved it, probably the main thing that made this hotel worth the 110$ a night besides the rooms of course. The location of this hotel was very well placed, close to everything you could possibly need in the area of lake worth. Now getting into the nitty-gritty stuff. The main reason I booked the room I had for two full nights on the weekend was for the indoor pool and hot tub due to it being a rainy weekend. Let’s just say I over hyped myself up, I bought new trunks for the day, went to the pool with my 3-month old daughter and wife. To our disappointment when we first walked in the pool area the hot tub was closed, which didn’t bother me much cause I could understand that, but then we stuck our foot into the pool. It was a little chilly, but that also didn’t bother me. What was atrocious was the dirtiness of the water, the 45 seconds that our feet were in the water we noticed hair balls, skin flakes, headbands, hair ties, and god knows what else. We couldn’t even see the bottom of the pool. Let’s just say that if you didn’t get a Hep-B shot within the last couple years you’d probably contract it. I wish there was a notice on this, at least clean one if hot tub is out. It seemed they just stopped maintenancing everything when the tub went out. Let’s move on, the night staff that helped me at our late night check in was amazing! She was very helpful and was funny at times, she made me feel welcome and at home. I can’t say that same for the day time staff, the lady at the front desk seemed annoyed at a simple ring up of food that I wanted to purchase on the side of the lobby. With sighs and sarcastic manner she kind of made me change my mind on certain aspects of the place. Lastly, our sink had a leak, for what reason? I prefer not to know, but the whole bathroom floor was soaked. They cleaned it up, but didn’t bother to try to fix it or signs that they will anytime soon.

TL;DR

Pros: -Great Breakfast -Excellent Rooms/Beds -Great location -Decent Rates

Cons: -Bathroom Sink Leak -Horrible Pool Area w/o notice -Staff seemed annoyed at times

Would I visit here again?

Yes, if they fixed up the pool problem and leaks.

Worth...
