If I'm being honest, I was skeptical of this spot. I'm a bit insufferable when it comes to my coffee, and there are only a handful of coffee shops in Fort Worth that I believe are worthy of a 5 star review. Casa Azul is now one of them.
I came here on a Saturday morning for a quiet spot to read, and I was blown away by the quality and craft of the coffee and pastries. Read moreThe atmosphere was nice. The barista's were nice, but man the coffee tasted like water. I got a French press and it tasted like water. I got brown water, drove from Arlington to give this spot a try to support Latina based businesses, . the reviews are 4.8. I guess Fort Worth doesn't know what good coffee is. When I returned it, the barista did offer to make another one and I said no thank you this one tasted like water. She's like OK and didn't even Apologize or offer anything else I didn't ask for my money back. My wife got a café de holla, tasted more like coffee with cinnamon. My daughter got a churro latte little ,too sugary for her taste buds .Overall the coffee is not good here. I wish this place nothing but the best, and hopefully they can improve on...
