I came for lunch. I don’t know where the authentic Mexican dishes in the photos were to be found. I just moved to Texas from LA, so I know real authentic Mexican food.

I had the chimichanga, which in all fairness was pretty good. But for some reason it was drowned in white cheese sauce, which is not Mexican. My mom had the two crunchy tacos, and they looked like if they were straight from Taco Bell. Real authentic crunchy tacos do not use those cheap grocery store taco shells.

I wasn’t even going to leave a review, and just forget about it. But I also ordered a chile relleno to go for my dad. Such a simple dish, right?

Me and my mom even jokingly said on the way home, “imagine if they put that white cheese sauce all over the chile relleno”, and I responded “there’s no way anyone would be stupid enough to put cheese sauce on that lmao, that would be the furthest from authentic and most unmexican thing anyone could do”.

We got home. My dad opened the container. Well, I’m assuming there’s a chile relleno hidden somewhere beneath this lake of white cheese sauce, we might need to purchase scuba gear just to find it.

For the owners of the restaurant. Remember your roots. I mean this in the most non racist way, stop trying to make your Mexican food white. Make actual Mexican food. Otherwise, add TexMex or something to your name so people aren’t misled.

Oh and for the burritos. The only available meat options were chicken or ground beef. I’ve never once in my entire life heard of a burrito with ground beef.

I want to end by saying there is still good food here. But actual Mexicans may be disappointed.

Update: My dad told me the chile relleno wasn’t even a damn chile relleno. Instead of it being a full chile stuffed with cheese, at the bottom it was just a piece of cheese with a single layer of chile placed on top of it. Like seriously, they just used the cheese sauce to cover it up… lowered my...

OK I did spoke with the owner of the restaurant a truly gentleman and apologize for the inconvenient to me I have no problem with the food itself the place it’s so elegant it makes you feel welcome cozy a family environment I love it the only issue that I had was with this manager being rude but I understand now he said the phones they been having problems with the phone so that’s understandable other than that like I said on my previous review I have no problems we always love this place the food itself is delicious I’ve never found ceviche that taste better than this anywhere and I mean anywhere I’ve been in San Antonio Colorado New York Chicago and I’ve never found a more delicious and tasty ceviche elsewhere like I said I love the place I always feel welcome and I just love the ceviche it’s...

We came to celebrate a birthday with people from church and had called ahead of time. They had a problem with giving each family their own receipt. They did not even bother to help with who had to pay what. One of the waiters walked away from a person that had came with us while he was asking a question. We finnally were going to pay ( it took a long time to get the receipt issue situated since we had to find the percentage of tips and tax by ourselves) and expressed our issues to the owners wife expressing our concerns and telling her that that had never happened since we were kinda frequent costumers, all she said was "If you want you don't have to come again." No concern to satisfy...

Came here for lunch with a group of 7. Fortunately some of my friends speak Spanish (recommended to avoid confusions). I ordered the Torta Gonzalez and a Michelada (both pictured). The food was good, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the drink was well balanced and tasty. The staff was even kind enough to deliver some grilled peppers with lime and salt (did not charge us). I do not know about the other's experiences here, but I plan on returning. Assume food is spicy, they are and it's awesome.

Too expensive for what you're getting. You have to pay for chip refills kinda ridiculous. Fountain drinks are $2.89 and after one refill you will get recharge. Food was okay, not bad but not worth the price. We ended up paying over $220. If you have a large party they'll automatically take out the tip...staff was nice. Had to ask for refills & they do not make flour tortillas in house. Definitely will not be returning.

Ordered lunch and specifically asked about what came in and with the burrito. When the order came wrong they took it back and instead of making a new order they transferred the food to a new plate and brought it back. All the waiter did was blame it on the cook. If you want your food as you ordered find a new restaurant.
