Marine Park Swimming Pool — Local services in Fort Worth

Please read this I would personally give this a no star if I had a chance to do it. The reason is that their dress code is really strict. They don’t let you wear sports shorts or a regular shirt or anything that is related to swimming clothes. They don’t even have the dress code policy in their website!! It really has bad customer service, the employers were really rude and racist towards me and my family. The lady that assisted us, didn’t even told us that there was NO REFUND and didn’t warn us about what we wore before we paid. We argued and she told us that it was posted on the window, but do you think people would read it... No.. the employees should actually tell their clients that there aren't going to have any refunds. Therefore, I would never recommend this place to anyone and this is the last time that I’m going to go to that place.

No te permiten usar pantalones cortos deportivos, una camisa regular ni nada relacionado con la ropa para nadar. ¡¡Ni siquiera tienen la política de código de vestimenta en su sitio web !! Realmente tiene un mal servicio al cliente, los empleadores fueron realmente groseros y racistas hacia mí y mi familia. La señora que nos ayudó, ni siquiera nos dijo que NO HABÍA REEMBOLSO y no nos advirtió sobre lo que usábamos antes de pagar. Discutimos y ella nos dijo que estaba publicado en la ventana, pero ¿cree que la gente lo leería? No ... los empleados deberían decirles a sus clientes que no habrá reembolsos. Por lo tanto, nunca recomendaría este lugar a nadie y esta es la última vez que voy a ir...

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Before paying I was asked several times if myself and my daughter had on a swimsuit. I stated yes, young kid asked me 2 more times after that, my final response yes we both have one on, it’s inappropriate just to walk up only wearing a swimsuit, don’t you think. We proceeded inside to find a table, after 10 minutes of being there, I noticed some Mexican lady and her 6+ kids were at my table. So I naturally go over there due to having my phone and money with my belongs. I asked are you staying here young girl replied just our stuff. Now mind you she had a bundence of bags, cooler and pizza. Before I got totally upset I called my husband to mellow out. Well as I’m telling him about the situation one of the ladies kids felt some type of way. Told her mother I cussed at her, make matters worse they went to tell the cop and he came over asking me what did I tell her. Excuse me I didn’t say anything to her, she’s a child and had no part in her mother’s decision. He then told me that I needed to share the table and if he had to get involved I won’t like it. So I asked why do I have to share a table, when nobody else was. He couldn’t give me an answer. Make matters worse husband shows up so he can make sure I’m okay. They ask him if he’s going to swim, he told them yes and basically they wouldn’t let him inside cause of his swimming trunks. Why? They are nike swimming shorts. Sorry they don’t look like some white boy board shorts. They definitely need some real adults working the window and not...

Had a super bad experience this weekend after I take my kids to this place! No going back again! Not recommending it to my family co-worker, patient or friends!! After my kids entered the park we were instructed that they count get in the water due to they didn’t have their bikini top! THIS IS AFTER PAYING! We weren’t told about this before paying so I asked for the supervisor who was SUPER RUDE! I told him what had happened I was hoping for him to fix the problem due to the kids had just entered the park I had paid $20 for the kids to walk around the pool! He didn’t even offered for us to come back that same day or another day.. He was yelling at my face in front of my kids very unprofessional! “he said that I should of read each and every paper that was on the wall” he basically toke my money didn’t offer for us to come back later on that day or another day didn’t apologies for not instructing us ahead of time of the rules I just basically paid $20 be humiliated not even get their toes in the water. NOT THE KIND OF PLACE YOU WANT TO TAKE...
