Atmosphere: Me and my spouse came here to meet up with some high school friend for dinner and drinks. We stayed for hours and were never rushed to leave. This is what you get from a proud family owned restaurant.

Food: We ordered the combo fajitas for two and the bean nachos appetizer with a couple of margaritas.

First, the drinks were somewhat over-sized (a nice surprise) when compared to what is the norm. Well crafted, smooth and easy to drink.

Next, the nachos reminded me of home. When place on our table it was clear this is a "family style" of restaurant; fresh hand grated cheese, hand mashed refried beans and seasoned tortilla chips. Very pleasing and fun to enjoy.

Finally, the fajitas. Oooohhh the fajitas. This serving for two easily passed as a serving for four as we took the leftovers home for lunch the next day. The beef was tender as if slow cooked and the chicken was learn with no tough bites. The onions and peppers where well caramelized and hand cut to the right thickness for my taste. I can tell the where hand cut because the thickness varied a little; nice touch in food preparation. The seasonings where simply fantastic! I could not put my finger on the mix but I'd kill to know the recipe.

Cleanliness: This is a small family owned restaurant and all the decor, tables and chairs show the time and money is put into the food and its presentation. the floor is clean, the tables and chairs are clean and best of all the restrooms are clean. No worries about about how the family shares their passion for great food in a family environment. this is a MUST when your in Ft....

Services is down right awful. This restaurant changed owners about 2 years ago and since it hasn’t been the same. We go Becasue the food is awesome but after we walked out last weekend I doubt we’ll be back. Long story short I was told a very long wait time - if you've been there before you know that there’s no ‘wait’ line. Basically you walk in, find a clean table and sit down. Or if there is a dirty table you stand next to the table so they will clean it because honestly they don’t clean the tables unless they are needed. The new ‘manager’ was extremely rude when I walked in and just bellowed - ‘take out order?’ And I just said no - I need a table. He told me it would be a 25-30 min wait. There was a couple of 2 in front of me but FOUR EMPTY DIRTY TABLES. He was too lazy to clean. So my father-in-law came in, walked to the dirty table, and cleaned it. Granted he has been a regular for about 15 YEARS. The old owners knew him, his wife, his kids and all their orders by heart. Well this didn’t go over well by the very slow and unhappy wait staff. 3 tables came in behind us and not only were brought menus, chips and hot sauce but had their orders taken. So we left. It’s a shame that hey treated us so very poorly. I myself was a sever/bartender for many years and am always polite, respectful and also tip atleast 30%. I’m so sad that a family business, a local SMALL business has been reduced to people with attitudes that drive away business. My husband had a very large Hispanic family from the Norh sidw and no one goes to Asaderos anymore Becasue of the attitude and laziness...

We were in the area of Fort Worth and loooked up restaurants in the area and we went because it had good reviews. I was very dissapointed. First of all we werent greeted when we arrived, the cashier then Sat us down at a table that was dirty and wet, the waitress brought chips after 5 min amd no intention of wiping down the table. I had to ask her if she would please wipe down, she came back with napkin and wiped up water on the table. Never took our drink order, i had to ask the cashier-waiter to take our drink order. We waited a long time to get our order placed and another 30 minutes for out food to.come out...food is NOT AUTHENTIC as i thought it was. I ordered the Flautas, and seriously looked like Deli Mex chicken taquitos, rice amd beans not good. The chips and salsa were delicious though. I left my entire plate of food. My husband ordered menudo and tasted like it had been made days ago. Service not good at all and food was even worse. There were people that had walked out because their food was never brought out. People would walk in and leave after waiting to be seated too long. I...

Hyper-local Mexican place in the heart of Fort Worth, TX. Walk in and you'll see a pic of President Bush and his Wife eating at Los Asaderos, so you know it's special. Order anything from the unique menu and you'll be overwhelmed at the flavors. I know I was! I love mole and noticed they offered it, so I had to have the enchiladas mole. It was great! Everyone enjoyed the food and service. Our server really took care of us. Making sure my father-in-law is taken care of can be a chore, but our server never blinked an eye. We were a larger party but this server stood tall to the very end. Next time I'm in Fort Worth, I'm going to go back!
