Los Paisanos — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I arrived at 9:05 PM and I believe I’m the last person that walked in for dining in. I ordered food right away. I realize it’s 9:25 and I thought to myself that maybe they are short handed as is every other business.

I give myself until about 9:40 for the food to arrive and the server passed by and never mentioned or apologized about the wait.

I then go complain to the manager at the cash register and she is on the phone and tells me to “shush” as I complain. She then pulls the paper ticket from table six (where I sat) and begins ringing it all up on the cash register. My party had ate guac and had two beverages and our food NEVER came out.

They have an old school paper ticket system and they had misplaced the order ticket in the “they got their food and need to pay” stack.

On top of that, I was overcharged on the guac.

Based on the level of childish, unprofessional, and rude service I received, I will never return or recommend this...

I went in and ordered one barbecue taco, one beef, taco tongue, and one Carnitas taco and avocado and a Coke and their food is so bland. It has no taste to it whatsoever not to mention if you pay with a credit card you pay a different amount and they don’t tell you did you get to the register when you’re paying on the menu it shows if you want a taco it’s $1.99 for corn and that’s what I ordered was a corn taco corn tortilla taco and when I got to the register they charge me 207 for each taco at $9.95 for the Wakamalii when it’s $7.99 and I asked why was I being charged and the lady said well because you’re paying with a credit card so we’re charging you because you’re paying with a credit card I said that’s ridiculous. You need to post that to let people know that you’re charging them to be able to use their credit card to pay so I will not be coming back...

First time to this restaurant and from out of town. First of all, as soon as we sat down and were given our chips and salsa, a small roach was crawling on table. I just slid it off with the menu and stepped on it🤢. Then somehow a small baby spider was on me. Still decided to stay. After we finish eating and paying. I noticed that there was an extra charge and asked why and what it was for. Come to find out that they charge you for the chips after the first one. According to the lady up front, she says it was on menu. Says people never complain nor have a problem paying for the chips. Not even authentic chips, they were chips from a bag 🙄 Service was good.
