HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! Two female employees made my smoked brisket bowl. When the cashier told me my total he stated I had queso. I didn't order queso, yet one of the female employees said she added it. I told her I watched her make my bowl and no queso was added only shredded cheese. I said, "If you added queso I'll pay for it, but show me where you added it. She said she added it at the bottom but declined to show me the queso. Upset, that I called her out on her BS the other female employee and her quickly started to remake my bowl. She stated to the cashier, "I WILL EAT THE OTHER BOWL FOR LUNCH." I GUESS CHIPOTLE IS ALLOWING EMPLOYEES TO MESS UP ORDERS AND EAT THEM FOR FREE SMH! Employees may eat for free regardless, not sure. IF EMPLOYEES RECEIVE FREE MEALS THEY'RE SAVING MEAT, QUESO, AND MULTIPLE ITEMS FOR THEMSELVES. THIS IS NOT FAIR TO CUSTOMERS!!! Furthermore, anytime I ordered queso it was put in a container. NOT AT THE BOTTOM OF MY BOWL! I also asked for two different salsas and the same employee who does WHATEVER SHE WANTS gave me two of the same salsas. The cashier politely told her that I was missing one of the salsas I asked for. The reason I go to this location is because it's close and I received holiday gift cards from family. I can't believe people are paying for a bowl full of CHEAP RICE with barely any meat. NOTE: Sugar packets were old and crunchy with stains. I don't care if some of the reviews are positive. Corporate and the health department need to secretly visit this location.
The wait time was ridiculous! They were almost completely out of all their meat. When I was about to walk out an employee stated it should be 5 more minutes. Once the meat I selected was ready, an employee gave me barely any meat. I was in line for a long time and didn’t want to make a scene. Read moreThis location is the king of ripping people off. I freaking love chipotles food but I have been let down SO many times. I give this location so many chances (which is dumb on my part). I have literally lost at least $45 by never receiving my order which I understand is a delivery issue but it’s so much more than that. I have ordered on chipotles website and was ripped off by me placing my order and it saying it never went through. I ordered it again and I revived the food and my bowl is missing it’s protein. I received another order on my door step and what do you know it was that first order that “didn’t go through” they charged me for both. The next time I ordered from this location I never received my order called to get a refund waited forever to talk to a guy who said it’d take awhile to receive my refund and then never received that refund. And this very last time I ordered which was today, I got my order (wow thank god) and I opened the bowl and there was such small portions of beans and protein that I asked for extra of. It looked almost sarcastic. I am so so disappointed. I’ve wasted so much money here and when I decided to give it another chance it’s never better. Why I keep trying beats me. Read moreThis location was turned into a online pickup and delivery location. It no longer is a in-person service location. No where on the website indicates this change so I drove over 30min just to have to place an order through the app and wait another 30min for my food. I tried delivery twice before coming in person (horrible experiences) and I thought Maybe an in-person experience would be different. Unfortunately, I was wrong. The burrito tortilla they used was stale, the bowl they filled with old lettuce and the chips smelled expired and tasted expired as well. When waiting for my order, the girls putting the food together laughed as if like "oops, we made a mistake" or something but I didn't think anything of it until I realized after I got home. Will never be visiting this Chipotle again and the parking is terrible. Honestly I would avoid this location at all cost, it's not worth the headache and stress . The food quality is horrible and I would deal with the terrible parking if you received great customer service and great food but to have trouble parking, bad customer service and horrible food.
