Check #20037 I had a HORRIBLE experience at this Church's chicken. Upon paying for my order with my debit card, the cashier accidentally processed the transaction as cash instead of credit. Maricela then came to the window to advise me of the mistake and asked if I had any cash. I only had $10 in cash, so she asked me if I could go to the bank to get cash. I insisted that this was their mistake, but she said that she didn't want her cash drawer to come up short. I asked if they could compensate me with an extra side for the inconvenience and Maricela agreed. I left to get the cash then came back. I was handed my food, checked my bag and saw that they didn't give me my peppers. So Maricela grabbed the peppers for me. I got half way home before I realized they didn't give me my sweet tea. So, I returned to the store. Maricela advised that she only had one half gallon of sweet tea so she would have to substitute the other for lemonade. I expressed dissatisfaction with my experience and asked for her name. Maricela became very rude and refused to give me her name. So, I took a photo of her. I asked for the number to corporate and she told me to look for it on the internet. Meanwhile, I still hadn't received my drinks. Maricela asked for my receipt as if she were confirming that the drinks were on there. However, she refused to give the receipt back and demanded that I delete the photo. Again, all I wanted was her name. By this time my food was cold and I explained that I did them a favor by going to the bank and they were inconveiencing me with the terrible customer service. I asked if she could give me fresh fries so that my kids wouldn't have to eat an entirely cold meal when I got home. Maricela told me that they were closing at 5 today due to short staff and that she wasn't cooking anymore food. She finally gave me my receipt and the drinks. (I DO NOT HAVE THEIR NAMES AND THEY WEREN’T WEARING NAME TAGS TO PROPERLY INDENTIFY WHOM I AM REFERRING TO) The Mexican lady I am assuming is the shift leads of some sort. She has trash customer service and this is not the first time she has rubbed me the wrong way. So I came wanting apple pie, on the menu it says each apple pie is $1.49 so I ordered 2. The lady trying to charge me 2.00! I said ma’am the menu does not say that! I never went to churches and paid 2.00 for a pie! I took a picture of the menu and drove up to show that is NOT what your menu is saying! How is it only 2 pies are dang near the price of paying for the 4 pack pie which is 5.29 and they tried to tell me my total was over 4 dollars??? The women sat and tried to argue with me over what the price says on the menu! I’m like ma’am the price says 1.49 for a pie! I took a picture of the menu. I never went to a restaurant that says the price is one thing on the menu then tell you to pay more than what’s shown outside of taxes when is advertised. The lady was very ugly and this is not the first time she did this to me so now I’m leaving a complaint. After seeing I had a picture of the proof and told her of what your trying to charge me does not match the menu and she should do the right thing and honor it because I feel if the price is different then your menu should have it on there, behold, she charged me the actual price that was on the menu. WE PLACED AN ORDER DRIVE THRU, AFTER PLACING THE ORDER WE WERE ASKED TO PULL FORWARD AND IT WOULD BE DELIVERED TO THE TRUCK ONCE IT WAS READY. WE WATCHED WHILE WE WAITED, ABOUT 4 CARS BEHIND US WERE ALSO ASKED TO PULL FORWARD WHILE WAITING FOR THEIR FOOD. THE 4 CARS RECEIVED THEIR FOOD AND WE WATCHED AND WAITED UNTIL EVERY CAR LEFT THE LOT WITH THEIR FOOD. WE DECIDED TO PULL UP TO THE WINDOW, ONCE WE PULLED UP TO THE WINDOW THEY CASHIER TOLD US THEY ARE CLOSED VERY HARSHLY... I TOLD HER YOU CAN'T BE CLOSED, WE PLACED AN ORDER AND PAID FOR FOOD THAT WE DIDN'T RECEIVE. I PRESENTED MY RECEIPT TO HER, AND SHE SAID SHE WAS SORRY SHE GAVE OUR ORDER TO THE CAR BEHIND US..... I ASKED TO SEE A MANAGER AND SHE CLAIMED THE MANAGER WAS TO BUSY TO TALK TO CUSTOMER'S RIGHT NOW. SHE ASKED US TO HOLD ON ONE MINUTE, AND WE WAITED WHILE SHE FILLED A BAG AS IF IT WAS OUR ORDER AS SHOWN ON THE RECEIPT.... SHE HANDED US A BAG AND APOLOGIZED FOR HER MISTAKE...
