I order from this dominos all the time. Despite most of the negative reviews, I never had a problem with my food until recently. I alternate between doing pickups and deliveries, when I deliver I always tip the driver good. Now I'm starting to remember why I prefer to pick up my food so that I can check it at the counter before leaving the store. As of lately, I've been noticing that the pizza sizes are not true to size. I had to start ordering large because normally when I order medium I would notice that they're starting to become smaller and my last delivery yesterday was a large which looked more like a medium size. Also the pizza is not cut properly or not cut all the way, and sometimes lacking sauce. Very sloppy cutting and I often have to use my pizza cutter just to cut through it all the way which I hate having to do if they would just cut it properly. What surprised me and annoyed me the most was that when I got ready to eat one of my chocolate molten lava cakes yesterday one of them was smashed, almost as if it was done on purpose because I don't see how this was placed in the box and not noticed without the worker thinking to redo it. The box on the outside was not bent or caved in at all, so how did it end up smashed? I uploaded a picture. Very disappointed, I've never had this happen. I've also accrued points with them which often gets you free items depending on how often you order from but as usual there's always a catch which is also something I don't like. For instance I go to order a free pizza with the points that I have but it's never really free. Once I try to check out on the online ordering it doesn't let you unless you're paying up to $15 worth of items because the store requires it. This needs to be made clear somewhere on the website online if you're offering free food with points. Not sure I'll continue ordering here anymore.
Edit Review: I responded back to the email like they asked me to and never heard back from anyone. I guess they're not interested in resolving anything
2nd Edit: They finally emailed me and offered to give me a refund but I paid cash so it was a no-go. They said they would mail me some Domino's gift certificates and I still have yet to receive it. I emailed them letting them know and they sent a picture of my address to confirm but I still have not received anything after asking them to resend it. It's been almost a month now

Read moreApologies for the long post I would like to start off by saying this is the first time I had this situation happen to me at this location, but it looks like they have a lot of new people so I’m taking it with a grain of salt. I placed a small order online and the app said it would be about ten minutes before it’s ready, cool! I waited a little over before I headed that way. Once I got in the store the television had my name on the screen and said ready. I made my way to the counter and a nice gentlemen asked if I was placing or pick up. I told him “pick up” and my name. There was a guy in the back that was handling all the food to be placed in the oven and packaged. The guy who was helping me was trying to give the guy my name and he initially ignored the guy as he is standing there waiting for his response and nothing happened. (In which I thought that was odd) So he asked him again and after just proceeded to look himself. He came back and told me it wasn’t ready yet and it just got in the oven…no problem. I had a seat and didn’t realize over 20 minutes had passed. Another guy asked what I was waiting for so I got up and told him. Now he is also looking for my order and asked the same guy who was packaging and still was no help. He was the only one cooking/packaging. He kept telling him my name is up there and it’s saying it’s ready. And still no help from this guy..Just an Idk…At this point a few customers came in and gave them there name and got their order quickly. The guy packaging told them he don’t know and I need to give him a number or something…huh? I asked why do I have to give more details and everyone else who walked in after me didn’t. Plus my name is literally right there on the screen at the very top! So I demanded for a refund since now I’ve been there for over half an hour. All of a sudden since he sees I’m frustrated and want a refund the guy packaging says ohhh oh I have your order, it was loud back here or something and I didn’t know…What? He than gave me a look and kept going. I felt very uneasy and you had to be there to see the treatment I was given from him. One of the guys even said I kept telling him, he wasn’t listening. Read moreOrdered at 11:54am, it said it would be delivered in 22-33mins. I have ordered from this dominos and have come to know that their times are usually longer but I understand hiring is tough right now. However, this time was unacceptable in my opinion. Again, ordered at 11:54am, it said it was in quality check at 11:59am. Almost an hour later at 12:40pm I received a text stating my order was on its way. I also received a courtesy call at the same time stating the order was on its way. I received two other missed calls at 1:11pm. I called back at exactly 1:15, and spoke with a very uncaring female employee who told me my order had been misplaced and they did not know what happened to it. She stated that when a customer doesn’t answer they cancel the order and therefore it has been cancelled. I was honestly shocked for a moment and told her that was not the way she should have gone about handling the situation. I told her I understand they may have gotten busy and lost my order but her stating it was cancelled because I missed two calls after over an hour and 20 mins waiting for my order and then saying they were on their way is extremely unprofessional. remind you I called back within 4 mins of them calling at 1:11pm and will love to send a screenshot of this to someone. Only after I stated this did she state they could credit my account but that was all. I told her I would like to speak with a manager and she said there was not one there. I am sorry to say unless something changes I will not be ordering here anymore. Sucks because they are not even a minute away but my husband took the car to work and stuck home now with hungry kiddos who keep asking where the pizza is. So disappointed in this dominos.
