Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I’m not sure how this location has stayed open. I’ve been here about 4 times, because it’s convenient, but I will not be back after having multiple issues. For starters, the gals working usually aren’t very friendly and act like they have no idea what is going on. I have ordered a sandwich here that I’ve ordered at other locations multiple times. It is made so poorly at this location that it looks and tastes like a completely different sandwich. It’s never toasted even when I order the bagel toasted. Every time, there is such a small amount of schmear on the bagel that it’s hardly noticeable. I finally tried to talk to someone about having three had experiences in a row, but no one answers the phone. I ended up reaching out to customer service via email. They sent me two coupons for a free bagel and called it a day. I decided to use one since it was free, and it would be my last time there. Someone picked up my order for me, got home with it and it had my name on it but the order was wrong. The receipt on the bag clearly states what I ordered, but they messed up one simple bagel. I absolutely love Einstein bagels. I tried my first Einstein bagel off Brian Irving Road and in hurst I recently moved to Saginaw and found out We had one by the house. It seems like every single time I order here my orders always wrong. Today was the last straw. I usually don’t have time to turn around to have them fix my order. I know it’s happening at least three or four times but today I was late to work. I was so upset about it and went back and I told them there was nothing on my bagel and then when I got the replacement, it wasn’t even toasted and it was the wrong cream cheese. It’s very frustrating because these bagels aren’t cheap people have places they have to be and from reading the other reviews I know I’m not the only one this location needs to really to get it together. Refuses to answer the phone. I placed an order via uber eats. There is no option to simply add or remove items from sandwiches. I placed the order anyway then immediately attempted to contact the store. I called repeatedly for 15 minutes at 11am on a Tuesday. No one would answer the phone. The driver picking up the food said the employees just stood there while the phone was ringing chatting with one another. I was able to reach the location 2 miles down the road 1st try. They apologize but are not connected to this store. So I called them again still no luck. So I sent a message to my driver to add the item please.
