I took my daughter in law to 3pm lunch today.she is pregnant and was craving Olive Garden. I wish I had taken her somewhere else. Front desk the service was good. When we were seated (I also had my 3 month old Granddaughter with us, asleep in her car seat) The waitress could see that the baby was asleep yet she kept slamming the doors of the cabinet next to us, then started talking to us really loudly. After taking our order she kept slamming the cabinet doors. When our salad was ready she slammed the 4 plates on the table so loudly that she woke the baby. She acted like she didn't want us there. I held the baby the entire time, so that we did not bother anyone else around us. After about 45 minutes in, we had to ask for a drink refill because she did not ask, 15 minutes later, we had to ask the manager to get us our drinks. But, not just our table, the table behind us as well, he had the manager end up waiting on him. We never made it past the salad, we asked for our food to go home (we asked for 2 boxes and a bag) she gave us the boxes , we finally had to ask another waitress for a to go bag , then she walks up to us and said "I didn't give you a bag,(she had no bag in her hand) so I said, no we asked another waitress to help us, after waiting too long, she walks away and came back with our ticket, asked if it was cash or card, I said cash(because I didn't trust her with my card) I start to put the baby back into the seat so that I could get into my purse, she then said, "did you pay someone else because I didn't get your payment, no because I need to put the baby down first. (And, I should not be rushed to pay her) she stood right next to me as in pay her now (like I was going to leave without paying)after putting the baby in her seat I got the cash, after 10 minutes she never returned. We got up and told the manager that our waitress should not be working in this line of work. We would not have gotten our 1 drink refill nor anything else, if it wasn't for the other waitress and manager. I Will not go back. The baby didn't cry nor were we ever rude, so we did not deserve to be treated like that. Our total was $43.90 we did not have them take anything off, so I hope all of the $43.90 made it into the cash register. After 10 minutes I wasn't waiting on her any longer. If you keep her, the business will suffer. 10/27/18 Saturday afternoon...
Read moreStopped in for an early dinner on Black Friday. It was pretty busy, but that was to be expected and okay. We waited almost 10 minutes for a waitress to come and get our drink order. When she came out, we already knew what we wanted to order and went ahead and placed our order, including an appetizer. My daughter requested salad and I requested soup before our meal. A few minutes later, we received those along with drinks and 2 breadsticks. When our waitress came back with my second bowl of soup, I asked about our appetizer, which she said should be coming shortly, and also asked for more bread sticks. She did not come back out until about 20 minutes later, and this was to bring our entrées, still without breadsticks. I asked for those along with the appetizer again. A few minutes later she stopped and asked us if our entrees were fine and if she could get us anything. I said yes...our appetizer and bread stick...(for the 3rd time). I usually never complain and it takes ALOT for me to get irritated at a restaurant, especially when they are busy, and busy they were. She disappears again, come out minutes later stops and ask if my daughter would like a refill. I noticed there were no breadsticks or appetizer. At this point I ask her to please remove the appetizer from my ticket, since we were 75% finished with our meal an appetizer was pointless at this point. And asked again if she could please, please bring some breadsticks. I mean seriously!! She finally came with some as I was taking my last bite of lasagna. I get busy, I get that sometimes we can forget things...I get that. But this experience was absolutely horrible. To top it off, as I'm going over my receipt, I see I was charged for the $9.99 soup and salad "meal" My daughter ordered the salad, I ordered a soup that comes complementary before our entrée, and I was charged for it. I stopped on my way out and let the manager know. She was kind, courteous and reimbursed me for the incorrect charge. Probably wont be back to this location. I'll stick to the one closer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy husband and I came for lunch today. We had to wait 7 minutes for our table after being quoted 15 minutes. We then get to the table they planned to seat us at to find food all over the table. They apologized and then cleaned it up. Then we waited a little while for our waitress, who then apologized for the wait. We get it they were busy.... We order because we had been sitting for a little while. We knew what we wanted. Then as our soup comes we were constantly swating Flys away from out table and food. They kept landing on our 4 month old baby absolutely disgusting. Then the food I placed was wrong. Our waitress wrote it down correctly I saw her and she ever re read it back to me. Now the lady that dropped our food off said I'll take it back. I said no ill just eat it my daughter is already getting irritated by the Flys. Again another apology. My husband even made a comment about how all the people there kept apologizing for all the mistakes that came up while we were there. The lady that handed me my food said I will send the manager to your table which she never did. I sent the food back because I don't like red sause. After I tried to just eat it. They took it off my bill but yet charged me for I ordered in the first place. My husband didn't eat his food because he wanted to wait for me. This restaurant is a complete mess. The kitchen and management needs to get it together. We live in the heritage not even 3 minutes down the road. I don't think we will be back and will advise our neighbors as to what kind of service we received today. Our bill was $59.87!! Prices have gone up all around us but what we are now paying for is worthless. GET...
