Sunday morning, nice and cool, the perfect time to head out for brunch on a patio. Recently Mary at Enchiladas Ole starting serving brunch on Sundays from 9:00am - 3:00pm. We had to try it since we LOVE the restaurant and Mary's incredible cooking. We had also heard that Mary had rolled out a new salsa, another reason to head there from brunch.

During COVID, the staff is wearing gloves and "masked" up! There are also bottles of hand sanitizers on each table and paper menus or digital menus via a "QR" code are available. The hostess, who is stationed outside, is adhering to state guidelines spacing customers out.

After being seated we were met with bowls of chips and salsa. I believe Mary's new salsa is Salsa Rojas. It is very good. For our tastes, we like "hotter" salsa but the new salsa is VERY good. A note, for those of you that liked her previous salsa, it is still available, you just need to ask! The chips were piping hot and salted perfectly. There was a gentle breeze blowing. So nice.

My wife and I both ordered mimosas, yummy, a perfect accompaniment during brunch. My wife ordered the breakfast burrito platter and I ordered the Spinach Chilaquiles. We enjoyed the company on the patio by chatting with other diners until our entrees arrived. I apologize, I neglected to take a photo of my wife's breakfast burrito, but it was MASSIVE with at least 2 eggs and 2 strips of bacon. It also had a nice serving of papas in it all tucked in a homemade flour tortilla. It is an incredible bargain at $6.00!

My Spinach Chilaquiles was phenomenal. Warning, come hungry, Mary will ensure you leave with a full tummy. My platter of goodness was made with 3 perfectly scrambled eggs, fried tortilla strips, sauteed onions, tomatoes, yellow bell peppers, and spinach all mixed together with Mary's incredible ranchero sauce. If that isn't enough, add refried beans and papas on the side. It was also topped with Mary's excellent chicken fajita strips seasoned with adobo. Do I have your attention now? Also, the platter is only $12.00! I also asked for some homemade flour tortillas to soak up all the deliciousness. Mary came out and visited with us and told us she makes the flour tortillas on Sundays. They were phenomenal! Mary, you and your staff hit it out of the park. Pilar, our server took excellent care of us throughout our brunch experience.

We were in from out of town today and found this wonderful HIDDEN GEM of a restaurant on Yelp. It was soooo delicious ---- but more than that it was the atmosphere inside the restaurant! What makes this business stand out to me is the people running it and working it. Everyone functioned like a team. Everyone worked together. Every person there was happy - truly happy to be working and taking care of customers. Our waitress was so full of joy and smiles - she was so excited to tell us what her favorite dishes were ---- ( the chicken curry enchiladas were phenomenal !! Never even heard of that kind of enchilada! ) and she let us taste all the different sauce options and the chicken curry which made us order it!! The homemade salsa was fantastic and perfectly fresh tasting and with the perfect amount of spice --- when we were all excited about it a sweet girl named Ruby proudly told us she made it just right !! The owner was involved and you can tell she just takes good care of her team and who wouldn't want to eat somewhere where everyone was so happy that it was contagious !? We all left smiling and with very full stomachs tonight - and we made sure to tell all the team members who made our experience so memorable why the way their behaviors and attitudes stuck out and how much we wished they had this restaurant at home in Houston. Thank you to the entire team who made our experience so delicious and so much fun !! If we ever come back to Ft. Worth I know where I will be eating !!! This place is nothing fancy from the looks of it - but when you visit I promise you will...

My husband and I have doctor appointments in Fort Worth. We get so excited to go our doctor visits because it means we get to try a new restaurant. Finally, after reading so many great reviews about Enchiladas Ole’ we stopped for lunch. I was starving. The chips were perfect and the salsa, HEAVEN. We both order the lunch special Habanero Brisket Enchiladas. They were very good. It was spicy so I added a bit of Sour Cream Sauce to mellow it a bit and it was perfect. My husband loved them. He is picky with rice and beans and they were seasoned perfectly. It was a great lunch and we will be back! I can’t wait to try all the other enchilada options offered on the menu. I will ask for the sauce tasting on our next visit to find my favorite sauce. Oh, by the way, my husband’s order was a combo which included a soft beef taco. It was delicious and pilled high with the freshest veggies and cheese I’ve ever had on a taco. But, wait for it, it’s was the size of the saucer. All the portions were above standard in my opinion. All the restaurants have started to downsize their portions so you feel a little unhappy with the high prices and lower portions when you get your meal. That is not the case with Enchiladas Ole’. The pricing is a bit over some of the other restaurants but you do get what you paid for AND it was delicious. All the wait staff were excellent. Our server was Nadia. She was...

After many months of hearing glowing reviews of the enchiladas at Enchiladas Olé, I decided it was time for a visit! We came on a Saturday afternoon and there was plenty of seating options. The inside is casual with two sides for dining. You do get a waiter although I think ordering at the counter would be easier since the menu is limited. We ordered the keto plate and the mole enchiladas with brisket instead of chicken. We were served chips and salsa but I knew if I ate those, I wouldn't be hungry enough for my meal! My mole enchiladas with brisket were fantastic. It was the best mole sauce I had in a long time and I really appreciated the rice because it wasn't dry and overcooked like many places do it. I enjoyed my meal and recommend the mole plate with brisket instead of chicken- super flavorful. Even though I enjoyed my meal and I know the food is made fresh every day, I found the prices to be a little high. My mole enchiladas were $16.95 and the keto plate was $15.95. Because of the high prices, I will likely go elsewhere for a different ambience if I plan to pay that much per plate. Now, if you are totally fine with these prices, then go ahead and visit Enchiladas Olé especially if you want good brisket mole enchiladas :)

Second time at an Enchiladas Ole. First time at this location. The food was good as it always is. These enchiladas are to die for. I had the hatch enchiladas with chicken. I highly suggest you try these. They are amazing!! Beans and Rice taste really good as well. Everything tastes homemade and authentic. The service was okay. Granted, we did come on a busy night so I'll just say it was because of that. The staff were friendly but it just took a while to get some food ordered. I'm sure it's not always like this and probably just because it was really busy. I will say, this place gets very loud when it's busy. It's not that big of a place so I'm assuming that's why. It was just overwhelmingly loud. Not a dealbreaker if you’re out drinking and eating with some friends but not a great spot for a date or anything. The parking is very limited. I had to park across the street because it was so hard to find parking. Overall, this place is gold. I love it. Food is good. People are nice. And great location. Come try!!
