A couple of months ago I had a completely unnecessary, humiliating experience in front of several other customers at this location. I've waited to post this review to give the owner time to contact me but never heard from them. It all started when I placed an online order of three sandwiches. My husband picked up the order and once home we realised two of the sandwiches were incorrectly made. We had ordered a giant roast beef and a giant turkey completely dry but with the condiments on the side. When ordering online you check boxes to show what you want on the sandwich and at the end there is a special instructions box that specifically says "please do not add/remove toppings here, use the check boxes above where you can." So understanding that, I put "lots of mayo, oil and vinegar on the side please". The problem was I got the sandwiches with the condiments on it (we share at my house and not everyone likes the condiments). So I called and asked to speak to the manager, I explained the situation and without any prompting he said "okay, you can come in anytime this week to pick up a remake of your order". Fast forward to a few days later when I went to get it. The manager I spoke to (Will) was actually there and had been waiting for me to come in so he could give me a piece of his mind. Once I told him who I was he told me, I'll remake your order but i watched the security footage and just wanted you to know my guys made your food right and then aggressively accused me of trying to get free food....while I'm holding my small baby and in front of other customers. After some back and forth of me asking him to print the receipt so I could show him I'm not lying and him refusing he finally pulled it up and said "see you asked for condiments on your sandwiches, like I said, we were right". I then asked him if he had ever used the online ordering system because the special instructions section is NOT for things you want on your sandwich, not to mention I put "ON THE SIDE". Instead of just apologizing he then says "well I'll have to call corporate and tell them to fix that". So, I called corporate and reported the incident and requested the owner watch the footage and pull the receipt...Never heard back. THIS IS BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE! Not to mention how embarrassing it was. Read moreMe and my wife stopped in today to grab a few sandwiches. She ordered turkey and I ordered a Philly. We noticed brown lettuce and said something about it and they didn’t want to change it. I mentioned to my wife well we can go elsewhere and at that point other customers noticed and they changed it. Meanwhile they was making the sandwiches. My wife is pregnant needs hers heated up and didn’t ask nor give a chance. My sandwich ended up was made and I ask I would like condiments on it how come I wasn’t asked? They responded we never ask with phillys? And didn’t offer to fix it and her sandwich wasn’t heated up so she didn’t eat it. And I’m kinda. Well I think courtesy and respect goes along way and you should always work with a smile in the service industry! They was really rude! I tossed my sandwich at them! Wife had already paid for everything before I knew that they were so rude and non considerate. $30 wasted

Read moreToday, I ordered directly through the Jersey Mike’s app for delivery. I did not get my order. When I called the store, the guy who said he was a manager said I had to call DoorDash. I asked if he had the phone number and he said, “Not really”. I asked him what that meant. He asked me to hold and came back and said he did not have the number. He did not offer any more help even though it was not my choice to go through DoorDash, and my food was obviously stolen. I told him he was unprofessional and unhelpful. He still offered no help.
