Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Fort Worth

My first time at Jersey Mike’s Subs was a pleasant experience. We were greeted upon entry, and the store was clean. Emma and Brianna were both very sweet, funny, and patient. They explained how ordering worked and gave great suggestions and recommendations.

I ordered “The Club Sub” on rosemary parmesan bread, regular size, with added onions and lettuce. The sub was okay, I’d give it a 6/10. There were too many flavors going on for me personally, which resulted in me not liking the sandwich or the bread.

Food is always good, but the seating sucks. You either have a crowd of delivery drivers standing in your face waiting to pick up orders or there's homeless people asleep and taking up an entire table. It's annoying as hell that paying customers have to sit outside to eat while homeless people are asleep. They also smell terrible which is not a good look for those who are eating in. Service was terrible. Black girl with red hair was rude, asked for the sandwich to be heated it was cold, waited long for our order, and clerk had an attitude asking about our order. Need new staffing and customer service training. And order was wrong! When asked they got it wrong 3xs. All staff was non apologetic and started acting rude. Jasmine one of their names absolutely rude. Manager did not take control and handle the situation at all.
