Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Ok to start, we walk in and there is a shirtless child probably age 4 running around the kitchen. The kitchen! He was not well behaved and causing chaos. Ok, I take note, it’s disturbing, but hey life happens sometimes and I don’t know the girl behind the counters story. I move on and we order our food and the guy tells me they only have one piece of bread left (in a sandwich shop) and shows me the sub roll thing so I say I will take it and he says he is saving it for someone (this someone never showed up). Oh kayyyyy. We came an hour before closing so I try to be understanding. He offers us wheat bread to which I assume is going to be sub bread. No, we get our sandwiches and it’s like regular slices of bread. Our food was disgusting, the restaurant is dirty and at one point the child’s face was 2 inches from my sandwich where it was being made. He was talking and breathing all over it. Another man came in for his online order and the child is running all around him, screaming and they didn’t even have his order and the man left very upset and had words to say to the two behind the counter about the wild child and terrible service but they of course were just kind of like whatever about it. I don’t think that I will be going back there. Not that they care but I just thought the whole thing was wild. The staff weren’t rude or anything but just definitely not professional or taking any pride in their work...

I like Jimmy Johns. Have been to them all over the Metroplex and across the country. All of the good of chains in their consistency and quality... even the friendliness. Their marketing messaging is on point and they live up to freaky fast ... except here. Have tried this one twice in the last month and both times it was more than 15 minutes for three (tonight four) sandwiches. Nothing different in my order than usual and tonight it was actually right at 20 minutes. On top of the scary slow service the people are not friendly, are inattentive, and simply just don't care. No other customers. No other orders happening. My order was via the app before I arrived and still there was a 13 minute wait for four simple sandwiches. Oh, and tonight I got some lemonade. Not sure why that hit me as something I wanted but we got three. Truly tasted like there was some cleaning chemical in them. May have been from a nozzle or something but just disgusting. Food seemed fine. Its pretty hard to mess up what JJ provides I am sure. That said, these folks need to go back to sandwich and service school. Just a bad experience all around. I will be back to Jimmy Johns. Many times I am sure. I will never return to...

This is the second time I’ve tried this location and been highly disappointed. The first time I ordered from Uber and I I got hardly any meat on my sandwich and they didn’t add mustard. It was fine I guess but I was disappointed it a mostly lettuce sandwich. Then today my husband and I decided to do a curbside order. We placed it online and he drove that way. First my husband sat at the curbside spot for so long that he had to go inside and they hadn’t even started our order. They weren’t busy at all and one of the employees was just texting on their phone. Then he gets home and his sandwich is fine, mine however was NOT fine. I got the Porker which is ham and bacon as the meat….. it had not a single slice of ham on it. 2 slices of bacon. No other meat. Just lettuce, tomato and cheese ( that I added) and mayo. They forgot the mustard again and I had basically no meat. I was so hungry I had to get deli meat from my own fridge just so I had something to eat other than a lettuce sandwich. Needless to say go somewhere else. Go to a different location. This location can’t seem to get a single order correct. Read the other reviews and you’ll see this is a...
