"A Refreshing Symphony of Flavors at Kung Fu Tea - 5 Stars" Review: I recently visited Kung Fu Tea and was absolutely delighted by the experience. Right off the bat, the variety of options on the menu caught my eye. Whether you are a traditional tea lover or someone who enjoys experimenting with new flavors, this place has something for everyone. The range of toppings available is impressive. From the classic boba to fruit jellies, each addition offers a unique texture and flavor that elevates the drink. The flexibility to customize your drink with these toppings adds a personal touch to the experience. What truly sets Kung Fu Tea apart is their diverse selection of beverages. Their milk teas are creamy and perfectly balanced, offering just the right amount of sweetness. The yogurt drinks are a refreshing alternative, with a tangy twist that invigorates the taste buds. For those who prefer something fruitier, the punch options are a must-try, bursting with fresh, zesty flavors. The slush drinks are perfect for a hot day, offering a cool, icy respite, while their coffee options provide a robust and rich flavor, ideal for coffee enthusiasts. The classic teas are brewed to perfection, highlighting the quality of the leaves and the skill of the brewmasters. Every sip at Kung Fu Tea feels like a journey through diverse cultures and flavors. The ambiance is inviting, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to recommend the perfect drink based on your preferences. In conclusion, Kung Fu Tea is a gem for tea lovers. It's not just about the drinks; it’s about the experience. A visit here is a treat for the senses, and I can't recommend it enough. Whether you're a tea aficionado or just looking for a refreshing drink, Kung Fu Tea is the place to be. Five stars well deserved!

TLDR: Go to Feng cha up the street, they have quality customer service and are always willing to take the time to explain things if you don't understand. You never have to question what you're getting. Kung Fu Tea is a guessing game and a roll of the dice. So I want to start by saying I gave this place 3 tries before leaving a review. The first two times I asked for 50% sweetness and they gave me the extra sweet level of 120%, it was horrible just plain undrinkable. This third time I called and spoke with a young lady about the rewards before I went in to make sure that I could redeem it in person and she said yes so I went in solely to use a reward that was loaded onto my account because maybe the first two times were just off days. When I arrive I place my order and tell Kwan I want to use my reward and he tells me they don't have a rewards system just an app, he made no further clarification. And the only reason I place my order in person is because the manager changed the mobile ordering to stop at 6:30 for some reason(and I only know that because the young lady on duty informs me the manager changed it last week) save yourself a trip and save your money

Update- Great service and warm cozy atmosphere. I purchased the passion fruit slush w/ mango bubble and my usual macchiato w/ coffee bubble. I enjoyed both! A spacious establishment with a variety of drinks. I love it when I can select my ice and sweet level. I ordered the passion fruit green tea punch 50% sweet, less ice, w/ crystal bubbles. The green tea was strong and bold. However, I ordered passion fruit green tea. Sadly, the passion fruit never came through. I couldn't leave without trying the macchiato espresso coffee with coffee-popping bubbles. My two additional drinks were the piña colada and mango snow slushes that were 70% sweet w/ mango popping bubbles. I enjoyed every beverage! I will order the macchiato w/ coffee popping bubbles and mango snow w/ mango popping bubbles again. Both were refreshing and heavenly. An associate said she enjoys the new blueberry creamsicle. May have to try it on my next visit, plus I enjoyed the service from the staff.

I feel as if I have a moral responsibility to share this review. The main issue I have with this location in general is the attitude of the manager and overall cleanliness. Lets start with cleanliness. I am a taller person, so I'm able to see over the counter a bit into the boba-making area. There is an issue underneath the sink with some sort of black mold. Its honestly very concerning and should be a health hazard. Also, my biggest concern is that is that no soap is used throughout the day. While Waiting for my drinks I've watched the employees use merely their bare hands and water to clean blenders, cups, tops, basically everything that is used to make the boba. I know there is no soap used because the soap dispenser has been empty every single time I've ordered tea, and I've never seen the employees use it. They are open 10 or so hours a day, and going that long reusing the same couple blending cups without soap concerns me a bit. The manager herself isn't very friendly from my interactions with her. She seems to only care about the employees who have been there for years, and I witnessed her tell one of her new hires who simply asked which order belonged to what customer to "use common sense" in the most demeaning tone. It made me want to hug that sweet employee because the manager had them doing dishes after all the orders were complete while the older employees were on their phones. Made me quite sad to see that happen, I hope the new employee realizes their worth and quits. Overall, please clean the black mold, standing water on the floor (which i didn't even mention) and USE SOAP! To the manager, please get a better attitude with customers and employees! You need to be treating the...
