4-7-2023 around 6pm placed an order through the free birds website. The order was supposed to arrive around 6:52pm .Door dash was meant to deliver my order but I received a call from the driver stating that his Apple Map sent him to the wrong location and then he proceeded to blame doordash for giving the wrong address. I first called the store and spoke to the Manager Mason who stated “once it’s placed in the doordash hands it’s out of our hands” I stated” so you’re telling me as a customer when I place an order through your website and something goes wrong there’s nothing you will do about it” he says yeah then I tell him “I will keep that I mind because I will not be ordering again”.I proceed to talk to doordash trying to get the problem solved just to be told that since I directly paid the store but it was delivered through doordash the store has to fix it. They then called Mason the manger who stated he would fix it but he did not apologize and when I asked for an apology for him dismissing me earlier He refused to give one.
This is my first time ordering from this store and I trusted the 4.5 rating but now, I am completely disappointed with the customer service and how this location treats there customers. To dismiss me and act like it’s my problem or fault. I also gave him the chance to correct his attitude towards me with an apology and he refused and did nothing to try to make it right! I will never order from this location again. The 4.5 rating is misleading. The customer service here is horrible especially if you as the customer has been placed in a situation you did not cause. Also to add doordash company, the email sent from free birds and the website confirmed I placed the correct address so the doordasher did not tell the truth but the situation was not handled well after placing my order through free birds website online and not receiving what I paid for. The very least the manager should have listened and apologized but instead he dismissed me as if, he could care less about the situation or trying to help...

We went in for our weekend visit and they have a new cashier training, Shannon. The way she speaks to guest is horrible. I was trying to redeem my points for a free entree by showing her my code and she very rudely said “I don’t need to see it! I know exactly what you have available from my computer!” Not even two minutes later she asked me for that same code, lol!
She asked for my phone number and my gf tried to give it to her and she very rudely interrupted her and looked at me and wanted me to give it to her, I looked at my gf and told her to continue telling her my phone number.
Long story short I was trying to deescalate the situation before it got out of control because my girlfriend was ready to snap. This is my favorite location and they always get my food right.
If Shannon wants to talk to customers that way she needs to work for McDonald’s where that behavior is allowed! Please don’t ruin FB reputation! I’ve already spoken to the manager Ryan, to let him know I would be contacting corporate and making a formal complaint.

Read moreI went in a few weeks ago. Which I typically stop in every two weeks, since I live an hour away, and have an appointment close by. Well I order my usual mega bowl, like alway, with extra chicken, and me veggies on the side. I get 3 meals outta the mega bowl. Any who in this occasion. I order my usual. I kept having to ask for extra rice, extra beans, extra chicken. Employee was getting annoyed with me. By this time I was tired of requesting my mega burrito bowl to look like a mega, instead of and anorexic regular bowl. I paid I’ve $30 cause they charged me for all the extras. I went back to the same location in Ft Worth, ordered the same thing, and shockingly my mega bowl looked like a mega bowl. So I show the staff, the picture below. Their response was that’s not a mega bowl. I then stated I should get a discount for this one, since I paid a lot, for a bowl that wasn’t close to being a regular bowl. Like I said I go to this same location at least twice a month. I typically pay close to $40 just for my order. I’m not a confrontational person, and won’t argue with restaurant staff. But this is completely ridiculous, staff asked if I ordered it online, because that would be a reason, it’s not the same. That again was a completely ridiculous statement.
