Went for lunch as my co worker and I ate at another Pho place, yesterday, and that left us craving some more. Got here as it was on the way to our location (after google search) and decided to give this place a try on 7/19/24 at 12:15pm. Instead of ordering Pho, I ordered Vermicelli, to try their rice noodle dish. Boy, I wish I would have tried their Pho, as their Vermicelli bowl wasn’t cooked. Rice noodles (kinda hard to mess up, I thought) was still hard. Shrimp and my pork were burnt and not very appealing and tasty. This is bar far the WORST Vermicelli bowl I have ever eaten and I’ve eaten a lot. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place for Vermicelli. At least I can say I tried it once and won’t try it again. The Caveat to my lunch experience was the service was Exceptional! Great service and their spring rolls were not too bad. If the food would have been better, I would definitely come back, but they need to check their cooks that were working. Even with all the fish sauce I tried to add, it just didn’t help the crispy rice noodles and the burnt meat. Not worth what was spent for lunch, but wished the food would have been better quality. Service was excellent so no fault to the waitstaff! Water was nice to help wash down what I could eat if the food.

Looking for a place, for lunch after Church We were in the mood for Vietnamese Not hard to find, and the place was not too crowded. They have this large screen TV in the dining room which you can't ignore unless you have your back to it. To the food. We started with Avocado Spring Rolls. The spring rolls were good but the peanut sauce tasted more like Jiffy peanut butter. Way to sweet for my tastes, so a ding there. I love spring rolls, so if you order them, just skip the peanut sauce is my recommendation. Shrimp fried rice was not so great. We sent it back. They used too much oil, so the dish was weighed down, hence the dish has this overwhelming taste of cooking oil vs the shrimp, rice and veggies. The establishment took the dish back, and did not charge us. The Dark Chicken Pho F12 was ok... At first the broth at first was wonderful but towards the end it was really salty... Seems the broth was made with premade packets vs traditional simmering of chicken to make the stock. I would not recommend this place, while they did take the fried rice back and did not charge us, the rest of the experience, and food was simply not that good.

I’m new to the area and wanted to try this Vietnamese restaurant. I got there midday and it was completely packed. I asked for seat of one and got sat at the first table right by the door. Server was quick to take my order which is much appreciated. I ordered a large seafood pho 🍲 and it was great! The broth was a beef broth but it wasn’t to heavy which I enjoyed. You need to stand to pay at the cash register but since I sat right by the door the cashier was kind enough to pick up my payment off the table. Overall it was a quick easy lunch experience. The only surprise was in the bathroom. There were two toilets 🚽 right beside each other without a divider….so I locked myself in, to use it before I sat in traffic under the Texas sun to my next stop. Food was worth a try, looks like it stays busy I will be trying out again, however I will also be checking out lots of soup places in the area since on the map there seemed to be plenty.

I went back and forth if I should write this review or not. I had a mixed experience at this establishment. I am from out of town in I went to this restaurant with a cousin of mines. The First Lady I encountered was nice. She greeted us when we first entered the place. My cousin proceeded to ordering his food. He recommended this place. He said the food was pretty there. I looked over the menu to see if there was anything of interest. I ended up order a Thai ice tea, Shrimp fried rice, and egg rolls.

This is when my customer experience changed. There were two additional asian women that came to the front of the restaurant. The second lady had bad energy and a blank facial expression on her face. She asked me if I was ordering take out while she assisted a different group of customers that entered. I took mental notes of that verbal exchange. The last person to assist me has the wrong customer service I ever experienced in my life. I mentioned to her that the flyer had a price of $16.50 for the Shrimp fried rice. I noticed that she charged me $17.25 for the same item. When I asked why there were different pricing on the flyer and menu. She proceeded to say that everyone knows about the price difference. Also, she mentioned that the cost of everything is going up. I'm like ok. To avoid any future concerns about the price difference I recommend that you remove the old flyers with a different price. It can lead to some confusion. After I made that statement ( I was only trying to help out). The employee started to insult me by saying that my customers don't have a problem paying the new amount. Keep in mind I already paid for the food. I was headed out when I noticed the difference in price. Then she stated that my opinion doesn't matter. She mentioned a few others things. At that point, I am taken a back. I wasn't trying to offend the employee at all. It is a known descpency. Even the cost for food is different online. How does that make any sense to have three different prices on three different menus. That's just poor business practice.

I will not support this business again. Regardless how you feel about a paying customers opinion regarding your menu. It's bad business to have expired prices out in the open. At no point did anyone ever mention to me that those prices were incorrect. It's not about the money. It's about the principle. If you go into a grocery store in they have the incorrect price. An associate will come out in change the price. Lastly, I was never looking for a discount. I was just trying to help he establishment out with the incorrect prices they were showing potential customers. The last employee that helped me with completing my transaction needs to be retrained with dealing with the public. I pray she is not the owner. Do better. Be better....

This place always has GREAT food and TERRIBLE service, so I've split the difference in the rating. Having eaten here at least 10 times, I can say that truly their food is delicious and consistent. We have only been here one out of ten times where we had halfway decent service. The wait staff does not seem to want to be there, and flagging someone down (after 15 minutes of waiting to have our drink order taken or another 10 minutes after asking for the check) causes a major annoyance. If you are ordering boba drinks, prepare to wait 20 minutes or more on top of waiting for your server to serve you. The food comes out at all different times, which would be fine if it was just the kids meals coming out first with the rest to follow, but that's not how they work. One of your kids gets their meal then your husband gets his, then another one gets theirs and you finally get yours - by then you have a whiny kid complaining about their food not being there when their sibling has theirs already and a husband with cold food because he was waiting for yours to arrive. The last time we went there, the host at the register was very kind and welcoming, but still 3 people had to ask how many we had in our party before we were sat - even another guest commented on it to the 3rd employee who "greeted" us and asked how many in our party. We had 2 people try to take our order one after the other - 15 minutes after sitting down. The waitress slapped food down on the table so hard it sloshed out of the bowls and then didn't show up again until we waved her down to get our check. The staff also does not make eye contact with you - almost ever - so it's difficult to get their attention to come to your table if your order is wrong or you need a refill. edited to lower the rating after 2 more abysmal experiences don't eat in here, use it for pickup only. Their service is...

This place is terrible, came here yesterday with my wife. It wasn't packed or busy by any means necessary so it blew my mind when the server was pushy for us to order when we literally sat down for a minute. After we asked for some time, server came back in two minutes and was like what do you want? Annoyed we placed our order and shortly after the food came. Food was bland and flavorless, the only thing that tasted okay was the beef short ribs but they were cold, would make me to believe that they were sitting somewhere pre-made. Anyways the server never came back to check on us and anytime I tried to wave someone down the servers would turn and take off in an opposite direction. We "ate" our food in 15 min and waited for the check for 45 min. Annoyed again I got up and went to the counter and asked for the check. The hostess was mad because I didn't wait for the waiter to bring it to us. I was like I waited longer for the check than we spent eating. It was clear that because we were of color we were given bad service because everyone else there who were either Asian or white were quickly attended to. The cherry on top was when maybe two minutes after we left I went back for my hat I left and they said they didn't find a hat , wife saw it hidden behind some stuff at the front desk. The host gave it to her annoyingly and left it at don't worry guys we learned our lesson we won't come back. Place is messy , half the lights weren't on because half the bulbs hadn't been replaced. There was a guy swatting flies around the restaurant. A kid laying on a stack of towels in the back right corner. We came here because they had a high rating, but clearly wasnt the case. Like I said I'd cut them some slack if they were packed but that wasn't the case. By the time we left there was maybe 20 people and 5 servers? Yeah, wouldn't...
