I purchased some supplies online and then went to the store and browsed for a couple more items. This was all smooth and went well. *When it came to check out I was pretty annoyed. This location just updated their check out process to be almost 100% automated/ self check out. There were no employees behind the register. There were multiple seniors muttering at the self check out upset because the machines are very very new (not the typical cvs, Walmart, target, etc self checkout). Needless to say no one was going anywhere fast. One employee was trying to basically help everyone on their machines at once. The lines were nonexistent/ confusing with no signage or markers anywhere for the start of any type of line. The holidays are going to be a hot mess if this isn’t corrected fast! *one more thing. When I went to pick up my online order it was basically a shelf where you find your last name letter bin and take your unmarked bag (after looking through other people’s orders). The only thing that gave it away was of course my items and a folded order receipt. I am not happy with this online pick up set up. Please...

Please don’t get anything delivered here as they have Amazon and ups pick up. Received notification that ups had to deliver my package here during the holiday ( and had to be picked up by Jan 6) as I was out of town which was fine. The problem lied when it got to Michael’s and signed by a Garcia (worker in Michaels). I called and went to the store several times to receive my item and no luck. Did in fact spoke with the same person each time the store manager Jared in which he is unprofessional, extremely rude and very dismissive as my package was an expensive laptop. This has been going on since December 23 and now we’re on January 2. I spoke with someone else named Brenda I believe that’s her name over the phone and all of a sudden they found my item. This is ridiculous. Now I’m currently waiting on my package as they cannot find it again! I’m not sure what kind of game they are playing, but I will never have anything delivered here nor will I purchase anything...
