I use the app to order one large iced caramel coffee. I pulled into the parking spot and checked in five minutes later still no order. I started paying attention to the number of cars go through the drive-thru and five more minutes passed. I tried calling the store number, it took 4 phone calls before somebody answered. 16 minutes after I placed my order I had counted 22 cars go through drive thru. I made two more phone calls before getting somebody to bring me my drink. When the young lady brought it to me I express my dissatisfaction about how long I had waited to receive my one drink. she was actually rude and rolled her eyes at me. I asked to speak with the manager, 5 minutes later, when she came out she wasn't much better. There was no apology or offer to even give me one free beverage no just excuses. We are so busy and understaffed was the excuse. I told her I don't understand how I just watched over 20 cars go through the drive thru who probably did not order ahead and who also got food and they couldn't get one drink out. Never once did I receive so much as an apology for the fact that it took me 16 minutes and now another five waiting on the manager to get me one iced coffee that turned out to not have any caramel in it nor did they put the sweetener in it that they told me they did. Read moreCustomer service is horrible! I placed my order at the drive through and pulled forward to the first window as instructed, the man gave me my total. I pulled out my card and put it into the card reader it dinged and he said ok you can pull it out. He then began speaking to someone behind him about payment and computer issue and never once addressed me. He then signaled for me to pull to next window. The woman verified my order and then asked for payment. I stated that I had already paid at the first window. She looked at her computer and said it says you didn’t pay, you must pay. I said I paid with my card at the first window. She was very rude and angry and said there is something wrong with the computer and your payment didn’t go through. I handed her my card again and she thrust my food and drink at me without so much as an apology. I checked my bank account and saw that I was charged twice so I went inside to speak with a manager. After I explained the issue of being charged twice and the exact conversations all she said to me was wait 24 hours and it should go away. I said maybe the guy at the first window should have explained what was going on. She said oh we don’t know these things. I said the lady at the second window was very rude. There was a hair on the sausage biscuit, I understand mistakes are made so I called to notify them of the hair. What I don't understand is how rude and inconsiderate they are. I work in the customer service industry and was extremely disappointed by their customer service. I called and said "Hi, I'm just calling to notify that there was a hair in my sandwich." The lady then said "okay well bring it back so we can check it." I told her I couldn't because I'm at work already so then she said "okay so bring it when you get out of work and we'll replace it" I work 12 hour shifts, I won't be out until night time, by that time I don't even want it anymore. I didn't even want a replacement, just to acknowledge that there was a mistake made so that it doesn't happen to another customer. A simple "I'm sorry for the inconvenience that we may have caused you, how can we help correct it."
