First time I was not greeted when I approached the register. I waited there until all 3 girls were done talking. I said hello and was not addressed while standing at the register. Then finally addressed all 3 of the girls and asked if we could possibly be checked out. I didn't mean to interrupte their personal conversation but I would like to be checked out. They said it was not personal and it was about business as they laughed. Then I shopped again after completing my return. Again the same 3 girls talking. When finally one that appeared to be on break buying something told the other girl to check us out. The line was 5 people deep waiting on 3 register that were open but no one was ready to check anyone out. They were laughing and having a great time while we waited. Love this store so much. It has everything you could ever possibly want and at a great price. All the employees are very helpful and friendly. They help load large items not just take your money and send you on your way to figure out how to get your merchandise loaded. The store is clean and well organized and displayed color coordinated to boot! Highly recommend checking it out. It is new to the area and not many people know about it yet. They should advertise more to get the word out. The location is somewhat tucked away at the alliance shopping mall which is why I feel like many aren't aware it's there. I recently bought a pretty expensive piece of artwork from here for my new home. As I was moving the artwork the frame on the back came apart which concerned me of the quality. So I returned the piece. As I did, the manager made me feel like I was at fault and she was doing me a favor by taking it back! I was appalled! She tried saying there was a push mark on the picture which caused the frame damage. This was in no way due to a fault of ours. We our very particular with items we buy and take pride in our purchases.It was cheaply made.
