HG Sply Co. - Alliance — Restaurant in Fort Worth

We made a reservation for a party of 22 to celebrate my son's 17th birthday. This was our first time dining in at the Alliance location. We were seated upstairs, and it was great! It had such a private feel, and the manager, Kaymen, made it truly special for my son. There was plenty of room for our little ones to run around without bothering any other guests. Kaymen was beyond accommodating and truly cared about our experience. He personally checked in on us as well as another manager. Hannah was our server. We were greatly pleased with how attentive she was. She suggested taking the little kids orders first so that they were fed first. She truly read our minds. When our orders came, it was an army of servers with plates in hand. Not one mistake on a temperature or order. The service was impeccable, ticket time on our food was fast, and hot meals came out hot. Hannah knew who each family was, and at the end, splitting the check was a breeze to her! She had each check ready, and there were zero mistakes. Truly seasoned and experienced, which made our celebration a fun success! My entire family complimented how great the food was and the incredible customer service. The detail to attention went unnoticed. She bussed our table and had my son's cake ready.

We took photos, but it was more of our event. We devoured our food and drinks before pictures could be taken. Let’s just say with 23 guests and in between appetizers, drinks, and entrees, everything was fabulous. Portion size was generous, and drinks were perfectly made.

My husband and I came here for date day!! The staff was attentive and worked together as a team to ensure we were seated right away, our order was taken in a timely manner, offered suggestions, attended to our needs, and our table was cleared. The strawberry lemonade was delicious and tasted fresh made without the pulp. It had just the right amount of tartness. The avocado toast definitely needed some salt. The restaurant doesn't keep condiments on the table so you have to ask for it. I was hoping the toast would have been thicker and the avocado chunky. If you prefer more of a thin shmear then this is the starter for you. The salmon was cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly. The stir fry vegetables had a nice bite and was lightly sauced that enhanced the flavor of the salmon. The bacon was crispy on the ends and limp in the middle. The sausage patty was next level. You can tell it was fresh made with a slight hint of heat and crisp on the exterior. The chicken tenders were lightly breaded with the right amount of crunch and moist interior. I could have eaten the sweet potato waffles without the syrup. The sweet potato added a hint of sweetness to the waffle. It was soft on the inside and the pecans on top added texture. We were initially reluctant to visit this location due to what we perceived as an early closing time (10 PM), but we were so satisfied with our experience. First and foremost, this location has been a few different restaurants that weren’t able to embrace the location, but this place is done really well. Great design and layout, nice outdoor patio overlooking the pond, and an upstairs bar space that we’ll definitely go back for. The food is a little bit if a different approach to most of the spots in this area. Think farm-to-table with an emphasis on healthy eating combined with a chef-inspired menu. The menu has macros listed next to each item, so those keeping track can stay on top of their numbers, but make no mistake the food here is VERY GOOD! She had the Farmhouse Chicken with sides of Sweet Potato Hash and Crispy Brussels Sprouts.
