My family and I were excited to try this place today as we're spending time with my brother before his deployment. He picked Hash Kitchen and though it was new I was excited. I called in an attempt to get a reservation as it did not allow it online. When listening to the prerecorded message, it says to make a reservation online which isn't an option. Nonetheless we were told 45-60 mins and a table was ready around 30mins. We were very happy about that, when you walk in the music is so loud that you can't even hear yourself think. We were seated outside directly in the sun. First our server came over to take our order but wasn't prepared. He didn't have his book to take down the orders so he left to retrieve it and on his way back got side tracked with another table. After 15 mins he came back to get our orders and said he would bring us water mind you it was 101 degrees in direct sun as there is no shade above their patio. Only 1 if the 3 fans worked and we were dying. We sat with a smile and tried to endure the heat. After 10 mins he again only came with ice, no pitcher. Though the sun was melting the ice it was too hot to drink and too little water. I asked another server if we could get water. She was very kind and immediately brought water even standing by to refill it as she could see the sweat dripping down our faces. We had ordered the canoli donuts as an appetizer and placed our food order as we reviewed the menu online and we were prepared. The donuts arrived in about 15 mins without small plates. So we tried to eat off of the plate, the server did notice and offered to bring plates but returned with only 1 for 5 people. He stated that everything in the kitchen was dirty. After we ate 2 of the 3 donuts he brought additional plates and even burned his hands as they were fresh out of the industrial dishwasher literally still wet. I felt really bad for him. He apologized saying they were short, bar tenders quit he kept getting asked to help in the bar as that's where he works but was assigned to Tables as they were short staffed. All of the other drinks finally came with the exception of my daughters cold coffee that arrived long after the apps. My hubby and I ordered liquor with brunch, the unicorn tears was really good however it was supposed to come with Rose and it did not. After I noticed that I had a bottle of BRUT on the table and not the ROSE' that is listed in the description, I questioned why my drink was wrong and I was simply told they were out. No one advised me of this in advance to see if I even wanted the drink with the substitution. I was given what they gave me without consideration and I hate BRUT. Mind you Brut is literally 12.00 even with a mark up and I paid 48.00 for the drink without proper ingredients. Very very disappointing. Over 30 mins went by and our food hadn't come out the kitchen. There were other parties who came after, ordered and received food before us that clearly placed orders after us. When I questioned why others received food after us that were seated more than 45 mins after the server said that everyone in the kitchen was brand new. Ultimately we could no longer take the heat and the long wait. We asked for our food to go and waited in our vehicle for the order. We almost canceled our entire order. I paid 179.00 with my brothers military discount it was 198.00 before it was applied. Overall the family enjoyed the food, though 2 of the orders were messed up- brisket hash (no brisket), my chicken was burnt & waffle was mediocre. They should not be operating in 100+ degree weather and seating people outside. No mist, one operating fan, and no shade/awning. Poor execution. We were told the shading was supposed to arrive 2 days prior. Hubby and I got sick from the heat and are just now recovering. I do not think we will return for a long time, and only once theyve fixed their operations and have a full staff. Not one time did management come out to check on us, apologize for any issues, or at a minimum apologize for sitting in the direct sun & heat for...

Wow! Hash Kitchen in Fort Worth isn't just a brunch spot; it's an experience! With over 20 years immersed in the nightlife scene, I've seen countless concepts, and Hash Kitchen is the realization of an idea I've long envisioned. To see it executed so flawlessly is truly thrilling.

From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere is undeniably top tier. The ambiance is vibrant and energetic, and the layout of the space is absolutely awesome – clearly designed with both style and functionality in mind. A striking example of this is the dazzling wall feature adorned with countless shimmering gold sequins, boldly proclaiming "The Brunch" in sleek black cursive lettering. This statement piece perfectly captures the restaurant's stylish and energetic vibe, making it feel both trendy and inviting. Adding another layer to this incredible atmosphere was the fantastic live DJ, who effortlessly spun a fantastic mix of great hits spanning decades, from the groovy sounds of the 70s all the way up to the chart-toppers of today. His awesome selection and seamless transitions truly elevated the entire brunch experience, creating an infectious and fun energy that had everyone tapping their feet. It's the kind of place that just makes you feel good. The service was impeccable – attentive, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic. They clearly take pride in what they do. And the food? Absolutely outstanding! We indulged in a fantastic spread, and every single dish was a hit. The hash browns were truly the finest I've ever had – perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The pancakes were melt-in-your-mouth buttery, and the French toast was simply divine. Speaking of which, we were also treated to a visually stunning and equally delicious plate of French toast. Thick-cut slices, golden brown and dusted with powdered sugar, were elevated by a whimsical touch: a miniature waffle cone filled with creamy vanilla ice cream and drizzled with rich caramel, all surrounded by fresh strawberries and blueberries. A side of dark, luscious syrup completed this masterpiece. We also savored a classic brunch plate featuring a stack of perfectly golden pancakes dusted with powdered sugar, accompanied by crispy, golden-brown hash browns and fluffy scrambled eggs. Little dishes of creamy butter and rich maple syrup completed this comforting and satisfying dish. And let's not forget another highlight: a generous stack of incredibly light and fluffy pancakes, beautifully golden-brown and generously dusted with powdered sugar, served with ample butter and rich maple syrup. Each bite was a testament to their mastery of brunch classics. A quick glance at their thoughtfully designed menu reveals a wide array of creative options, from their signature "HK Hashes" and innovative "Sexy Toast" to the customizable "Build-Your-Own Scramblers," promising something delicious for every palate. And that's just scratching the surface of their incredible menu! The fresh-squeezed juice was a burst of pure flavor, a perfect accompaniment to our meal. What truly impressed me was the plating. As evidenced by the artfully arranged French toast and the thoughtfully presented classic brunch and pancakes, it's evident that Hash Kitchen has invested significant time and thought into their presentation. Each dish is a work of art, showcasing a level of care and attention to detail that elevates the entire dining experience.

Hash Kitchen isn't just a meal; it's a complete sensory experience. The incredible food, the exceptional service, the top-tier atmosphere amplified by the awesome live DJ, all come together to create something truly special. This is a concept that absolutely works, and it's a fantastic addition to the Fort Worth culinary scene. I wholeheartedly recommend Hash Kitchen for a brunch experience that is a cut...

My wife and I went into Hash Kitchen yesterday morning/afternoon for my daughters birthday. Mind you - she’s a handful. She loves her birthday more than any holiday. She is a “queen bee” per say. (only child) We walked in and were greeted with huge smiles and a warm welcome of music in my ears. If you, or someone you know has the “life of the party” personality this is definitely the place to go. The three of us got sat quickly and were greeted by our server Lahmanie. Right off the bat she had a lively aura. She asked if we were celebrating anything and we continued to tell her it was our daughters 7th birthday, and that it was always the biggest day of the year for her. Lahmanie did not take that lightly. My wife and I have never met a server that went above and beyond the way Lahmanie did. We got our drinks and appetizers ordered (all server recommendations) and jammed out a little with Luna (our daughter) I kid you not those Benedict fries are BOMB.. we had to order a second one. My wife and I both tried the “Bad Idea” which was vodka, raspberry juice, dried lemons, and purée if I remember correctly. Great recommendation from Lahmanie. We told her we tend to like drinks on the sweeter more flavorful side and she knew exactly what we’d like! She also brought Luna a fancy glass of lemonade and made her feel super special. (which she later spilled and Lahmanie cleaned it up like it was nothing and brought her a new glass.. I could tell Luna felt awful, but Lahmanie got down and held her hands out and told her to breathe and not to cry and that it was A-okay! My wife and I were in awe. She stopped crying immediately. She said “the birthday girl should never shed a tear.. we’re all here to celebrate YOU!” Mind you - the entire shift Lahmanie was running back and fourth from the patio and back inside like it was easy.. I don’t know how she did it.. but we then went onto order our entree’s and the food runners brought it out and we ate some delicious food and called it a day.. when we got our check Luna asked Lahmanie if she was coming home with us and if they could be friends.. Lahmanie quickly said that she had to stay and work but that anytime Luna came in - to ask for her and she will hangout with her again while we ate (as a server of course) Best experience we’ve had in a long time.. Luna asked about her maybe 5 times throughout the day/night. It was great. THANK YOU SO MUCH LAHMANIE for making our daughters big day special. We will never forget it! KEEP...

OMG, this brunch place was so good! The billionaire's bacon and cannoli doughnuts were my absolute faves! The boujee biscuits could've been softer, but they were still worth it, and the mimosas were great, plus the service was quick. #hashkitchen
