Found this place back in 2014 , when it was New and let me tell you, I would drive 40 minutes to eat here. Everyone knew me , the food was amazing! Now let's take it to 2024 , you order food ,set a time, and when you arrive to pick it up, it isn't even started yet. So you wait an extra 30 minutes while it cooks and keep in mind I live 40 minutes away. Also, dining in has changed alot, the service is slow and dull back in the day the service was quick, and you could actually have a conversation with the person. This place was always busy busy but when I went a few days ago, it was a ghost town. I wish it would come back to life because I love my orange chicken and my mucho loco roll. Come on, guys, get it together. Oh, and what was up with EVERYTHING being super spicy ,I'm talking ghost pepper hot , was that a prank? Get it together. You have potential.

Wow! Just wow! Went back to eat here on 02/13/25 , let me tell you before you go waste your money, the service is horrible , sat there for 30 minutes before my food was brought to me but had to watch my wife eat her mundane sushi. Then my wife asked for some wine, and he brought it out hot! She asked for another, and guess what ? Hot again !!! Then we waited for the check after waiting about 30 minutes , oh, and I think it is under new ownership yet again! And now it's Indian people serving you what?! Now let's talk about the atmosphere, inspection papers on the walls , Christmas lights around the wine bottle selection , cracks on the tables and the walls , oh! Don't let me forget the menu , the menu prices were raised but to top it off , the old prices were covered with post it paper and taped over with the new HIGHER prices wrote in pen smh .Just go to PF changs, it's right down the street...

We have ordered from this restaurant for nearly 10 years. The last few times, we have seen a change in reliability related to the simplest things. When ordering delivery, it should be imperative to make sure the orders are complete, as hour long waits do not allow for correction to be an option. Recently, they have struggled getting steamed rice in my order to accompany my sweet and sour chicken order. A phone call to the restaurant was met with two choices: Send a steamed rice out with the driver (took an hour for order already) and my answer was no because I’d rather not eat my food cold after waiting for another hour. Credit my account with a steamed rice (guess I get to pay for my meal that I don’t eat because it’s not complete?) The lady on the phone then tells me they’re saying they for sure put the rice in my bag. I then tell the. To send the driver back and he can pick the whole order up and return the $60 I’ve spent, but that is immediately met with they’re too busy and that’s why the mistake happened. At this point, I’m done with ever ordering from them again. I’ll eat the wasted money and meal, but I am also writing my first review ever for a restaurant. Something so simple, but if you’re going to own/manage a business, then you should have the ability to handle mistakes and being busy in a much more professional way. I know I’m just one customer, and I’m embarrassed to admit just how much I’ve spent at this place so it is a loss, but with the economy where it is all businesses should be way more customer centered and less too busy to...

I will NEVER order from this place ever again. At 5:04 I placed a delivery order for $66.49. We received our order around 6:15. I open the bag to see the boba milk tea (that had no boba) laying down on top of the broccoli beef, with the milk spilled everywhere. I called & the lady told me she would note my account that they owed me a boba tea & broccoli. Fast forward to 8:00, we have a delivery driver ringing our doorbell, delivering the SAME order we already received. We were confused & the guy left. Green tea house started blowing up my phone saying I didn’t pay. The delivery guy comes back to our house with his ‘boss’ on the phone because she needed to talk to me. The lady (Wendy) is screaming at me telling me I need to give her my card information again. They charged my card at 5:04. But they’re screaming at me to give my card info so they can charge me for the 2nd order I DIDNT place?? She said they have 11 kids & they ‘don’t want to do bad to people’ we sent the food back with the delivery driver. Terrible customer service, I’m absolutely floored by the treatment of this restaurant. I’m adding a photo of the transaction that was posted to my account as PROOF that we paid for our order! The miscommunication of this is beyond belief, & somehow I’m made to feel like I did anything wrong? No thanks. They’ve lost my...

Service: Reason why I gave this restaurant a 2 star is bc of the lady that took our order on Jan.19 @ around 6:40- she took my fiancé's utensil that that was rolled with a napkin and unrolled it and just let the utensil fly around the table. Not only that, at the end of our experience- we asked for to go boxes and the plastic bag they gave us touched the floor and the lady who gave us the stuff still continued to set the plastic bag IN the empty to go boxes. A little rude but I would give the service lower rate honestly. Food: I liked my Fiancé's House Pecan Chicken. Mine was alright. I had the Cream Pecan Prawn but the cream didn't really taste like pecan. I understand the creamy sauce is supposed to be sweet but it is tooo sweet.. I enjoyed the seaweed salad and for the price, they gave me a good amount. I had the thai tea and it was good and my fiancé had a mango smoothie and it was good as well.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This was horrible and very expensive! The egg rolls were so nasty I had to throw them away. You can see in the picture it was dripping of oil! The fried rice was greasy and bland. The Lo mein was horrible and the chicken was half raw vegetable. Dog food would have better than that! That “duck sauce” in the cup, smelt like chemicals and I have never seen duck sauce that color- looks like they left it by the window. Also, that was $.50…. Which again, I have never had to PAY for duck sauce. The service was just as bad- not greeted at all, after 2 min waiting and 5 member behind the counter (1 was putting on makeup) they finally asked what my order was. Long story short- PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR STOMACH!!!
