After several resounding recommendations from an enthusiastic girl named Gigi, we headed over finally to 360. This was a wonderful move!
This is fairly new and the inside is gorgeous. From the lighting to the table, everything has been extensively studied and craftily executed.
Funky, trendy music courses gently throughout the open, high ceilings and looking around provides numerous interesting touches such as lighting, draping plant vines, and a scattering of small trees. The bar is elegantly designed and features a full range of spirits, including a few very high-end selections I noticed.
The tables are spaced apart nicely and the setting presentation is very well done. Napkins are a grey pattern resembling cloth, yet are actually paper, and have the consistency and feel of the real thing. The flatware was nestled into the napkin in a clever way, and have a very nice weight and interesting balance. I particularly appreciated the knife, featuring a layered wood grain finish.
The menu is artfully bound in a soft leather cover and is pleasant in appearance, feel and even that wonderful fragrance. Surprise though; there are no prices listed which can be only found by scanning a QR code. That concerned me for a second, thinking they were intentionally omitted due to expense. I was completely wrong and subsequently amazed at how reasonable they actually are, especially compared to what we ended up with (read on).
Our server Ayina was pleasant, professional, attentive, and provided helpful answers to questions.
I ordered the omelette with skillet potatoes and sourdough toast. We also got the Eggwich sandwich. The first items we both tasted was the potatoes, and they were absolutely delicious… and I might even say the best I’ve ever had. The omelette was also a completely wonderful, light egg masterpiece. I must confess to making it vanish. The toast was also very properly done. The second entree, beyond the delish potatoes, was more than you can take down in one sitting, and completely satisfying. As delicious as it was, we took half home.
Since we were there on a weekday, really between breakfast and lunch, they happen to have a professional photographer there doing still shot features of drinks and dishes. We had the incredible, unique opportunity to see a parade of beautifully presented items during our visit. Quite a bit of fun for me, as you can see from my pics.
The bathrooms are absolutely pristine, modern, and comfortable. I particularly like seeing this as, in my opinion, a restaurant disregarding their bathrooms gives me qualms about how they maintain their kitchen. The sink is one long trough style with a slotted opening along the bottom to serve as the drain. Totally modern and slick. The mirror is even interesting as it is raised from the wall and edge/back lit. A button on the face of the mirror controls the lighting power and even color changes! That’s a new one on me.
Needless to say,...

I just ate at 360 Brunch House in Alliance Town Center for the first time. I had been a regular for some time at another popular brunch café, and that place had its points of appeal, but this place is better. Unless my experience today was a fluke, this is where I will go for Saturday morning brunch from now on.
Conveniently located in Alliance Town Center, just off Heritage Trace Parkway, the place features a modern decor and distinctive touches that say "class"--e.g., a leather-bound menu and napkins that look and feel like cloth but that actually turn out to be a very high grade of paper (I used to work for a paper company and figured that's what they were and was impressed). Two cheerful, smiling hostesses greet you upon entry. Three other team members assisted me, and all were extremely friendly, proactive, and alert. Sarah took it seriously when I said I wanted a very spicy Bloody Mary--skill with a Bloody Mary is one of the things I judge a restaurant on. Sarah also had the presence of mind to ask me what brand of Vodka I preferred. (I was also very impressed to see that their drinks menu had a nice sampling of Mezcals, which I may try another time). Alondra also assisted with my order and made sure my coffee cup was refilled. My food was served by Heidi. All three were extremely helpful.
I had the Farmer's breakfast bowl, with scrambled eggs, spinach, tomatoes, and breakfast potatoes, as well as a side of bacon and a complementary side of wheat toast with strawberry jam that I hadn't even asked for. It was all delicious. My tab was exactly what I had been paying at the other place.
I am extremely picky, detail-oriented person who notices every last little thing that seems in any way wrong or in need of improvement, and I honestly can't think of one thing to criticize about this place except that the background music was just a shade louder than I might have preferred (at home, I keep it silent or listen to classical music). But it wasn't some distracting racket and didn't really bother me.
This is a great experience and an outstanding value. I highly recommend it and will...
Read moreIt's sad I came here on a recommendation and had the WORST experience. The tables are really close together so the strangers next to us were listening to our conversation and adding input. Lol. After the video, the other neighbors mentioned feeling like he would get burned by the flaming plate being delivered because we were that close. The menu, a leather bound book, has no prices but DOES have typos. The peach French toast was served stacked with no syrup and with sauce only on the top slice. I asked for more sauce when I saw the dry slice beneath it (which was thick and dry-- not moist like cream soaked French toast should be) and was told it would be $7 more for more sauce so I should drag the slice around the plate to try to moisten it. $20 for 2 slices of French toast (no sides) and I can't get enough sauce to eat it with? I asked for syrup at least. My friend then lifted her apple French toast to see if she'd have the same issue, only to find a long blonde hair on her 2nd slice. She showed the waitress who (unapologetically) got the manager who did simply apologize and take the plate. He asked what replacement dish she preferred but (logically) she didn't want any food from there anymore. So rather than have her watch me eat (after I confirmed mine was hairless albeit dry), I asked for a box and the check. The waitress gave me a check which still included my friend's hairy food and drink. I asked for the manager who took several minutes and even when he came, he let a different waitress interrupt me to get help first. He finally got to me and offered to remove just the hairy food (like it was a favor rather than completely necessary-- probably should've comped her drink too or even the whole ticket at this point). He took several more minutes to do it and sent the waitress over with the ticket (still unapologetically). I'm fine with paying more for better quality and comfort but that isn't at all what we received. We definitely won't be back and I'd advise anyone to...
