McDonald's — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I just drove by in the drive thru, lady taking my order was not ringing up anything I was telling her not gave me price at the end. I pull up to the window to try and get her to repeat the order because again she was not putting down what I was telling her. She’s clearly manager, which she shouldn’t be. She tells me back an order and I’m like no and then proceeds to tell me another order and again I’m like no. I’m trying to tell her what I ordered and she’s being dismissive and continues talking over me taking orders and then says ok and charges me. Again I start getting food and drinks that are NOT mine and tell her again that’s not it. She gets mad and gets someone else to finish getting my order right and the other lady tells her she charged me for someone else’s food. The manager looks at me mad and says “oh well I already cashed it out” and goes to do my iced coffee. At this time the 2 ladies fixing my order are apologizing to me for her behavior. I get my “coffee” and it’s just creamer not an ounce of coffee is in this drink, it’s disgusting pure sugar. If wondering the manager had braids, black and red hair, and dark skin. This mcdonald’s has the most incompetent employees of them all. It’s honestly comical. Wouldn’t order from this location unless you want your entire order to be completely incorrect and then when you go back to try to ask for missing/incorrect items to be argued with. Should also mention the rude employee at the window took the original bag of food back to make sure the missing items weren’t in there??? after she was done rifling through the bag she handed it back to us like we were going to eat it after that? Gross as far as food standards go and for other customers. All we wanted was the two missing sandwhichs and the fries that were now cardboard warmed up so they were relatively edible. I also really appreciate how she asked for the receipt to see that we were actually charged for the items “read it” for two minutes and then tried to say we weren’t charged 😂 and dismissed us. Was really upset when i handed that ish straight back and pointed directly to said items 🙄🙄. Honestly after all that i completely lost my appetite and the meal was ruined. Absolutely garbage customer service, bring on the robots...

The attendant came up to my car to take my order as soon as I rolled into parking lot (not even drivethru). Assuming I'm familiar with menu, prices and deals.. Since I ordered 10 cars back (2 frozen drinks) had to wait to the window to find out TBERE WAS NO FROZEN COKE COLA..yep I was upset n drove off .. Also.. I'm not sure its safe for young women (or men) to be outside the building taking orders.. its possible to get struck by a distracted driver/patron. Surely the auto fumes arent healthy.. and there's always a possibility of abduction.. being this McDs is in the heart of TCU with beautiful young ladies I figures a corporation as big as McDs would take more precautions to protect its community... juz sayN.. my daughter at any age (18, 28, 48,88,) will not be working OUTSIDE the restaurant.. shame cuz my son enjoyed his McDs gig at age 17 (he was not outside or i would have ended it)...
