I used to frequent this McDonald’s because it is the closest one to my house. I now drive 10 minutes further to another McDonald’s to avoid this location. Occasionally I will come here because of convenience in location and hoping that the quality and experience will be different, but it never is.
No matter what time of day I visit, I am forced to wait 10-15 minutes to receive my meal. Which is fine, at least I’d expect it to be fresh. WRONG. I pull up to the pay window in the drive through, pay for my meal and am automatically directed to wait in their numbered parking spots for my meal. I wait 10-15 minutes to get ONE MEAL. And the quality is awful.
Every single time, the fries are hard and stale, barely warmed, and the burger buns are hard and stale. One time I ordered, I couldn’t even eat the bottom bun because it was hard as a rock. I of course didn’t notice until I got home to eat my food.
Today I waited 15 minutes for my food and they forgot to bring the McFlurry. Which means they’ve gotta go back in and make it and bring it out to my car. More wait time.
I’ve hesitated to leave a review because it’s McDonalds, does it even matter what I say? But after google prompted me to leave a review for this location, I thought, why not?
I have never had any of these issues at ANY other McDonald’s in the metroplex. Only this one. Maybe they need new management. Regardless, something needs to be done. I doubt they meet health and...

This is regarding the McDonald’s location on Beach and Western Center. I am reaching out to the community on here because enough is enough, and this place needs to be shut down and replaced with something way more competent.
This is the second and final time I will be going to this location. The first time, I made the order at the drive through, was made to wait, and they gave me an incomplete order, and refused to refund my money. We placed our order tonight at 7:18 pm on the mobile app. Arrived to the location at 7:30 pm. The order was not ready. There was no one in line in front of me or behind me. I was parked and made to wait. A half hour later, and STILL NO ORDER. I went into the restaurant, and found out that my order WAS COMPLETE, BUT SITTING ON THE COUNTER, NOT HAVING BEEN BROUGHT OUT TO MY CAR. The manager was talking to her staff in Spanish, thinking I didn’t understand. Guess what? I speak and understand Spanish fluently!

I will take great pains to tell my family and friends that this is the absolute WORST McDonalds in all of Fort Worth. Read moreI am really not a person who complains, but people in this location struggle to give your order correctly. I've been to this location multiple times, and every single time, they miss multiple items. Last visit, I had a big order waited a decent amount of time, and since they typically forget things, I asked the runner if they were sure if my order was correct, they assured me they counted and I was missing half of my things (my bad for not double checking, when being aware of the previous problems). I proceeded to call a manager and let them know if the situation since it was a decent amount of food, I was assured I could go back to the drive and reorder my missing food at any time and just provide my name. I did so a few days later, and It seems that the so-called "manager" was actually not a manager, and I had to repay for the food that they initially missed providing me. Again, I absolutely understand that the location can get busy. But the way that staff treated me under the situation was horrible. Cashier kept rolling her eyes at me, and the manager on duty didn't even offer another explanation, but "Well, we can't give it to you." I'm a bit disappointed, but I mean, it is...
