McDonald's — Restaurant in Fort Worth

This place has no drive thru even through they have it listed on Google maps. This place is not street side, you must walk through a complex maze at the hospital. Also, this place doesn't honor the mcvalue meal with the buy one get one for $1. They were listed at full price. The lady was friendly but hard to understand with her English, but they need to get this right. And they are open to 3am but for staff of hospital only. They are open to the public (i assume) and visitors until 10pm, when visiting hours are done then you can't get in to the McDonald's or move towards it without being told to leave.

There is no signage to lead you to the store and the prices are higher ran normal but not outages and they have no trays so I got food all over the table and it was embarrassing. I'm trying to dip sauces and it is messy. I do not plan to come here again. It is better to just travel to another McDonald's. My fries are so salty it left a lingering humming in my mouth

I came at 9:30pm it was empty and quiet and clean. They had at least one plug that I guess you can use to charge your phone it was near table 112 but I didn't use it. There was a swarm of flies hovering my food. And they charge extra for you to have them add mayonnaise to your burger through the app

And the icing on the cake was that she said they charge $1.61 for a refill and I can still taste the salt in my teeth after about 30 minutes of relaxing...

I don't eat McDonald's often probably haven't had in an over a year.

I ordered a big breakfast platter that comes with sausage. I after that of the sausage. My platter came with three pancakes, but I was given one syrup. Ask for additional syrup which were 54 cents each. Why are y'all charging people for syrup for those dry pancakes? By default they should come with two. On top of that I remove the sausage, so I paid full price for a meal that didn't even come with the meat. By default in exchange for that should have been at least one extra syrup.

I'm so tired of these establishments nickel and diamond their customers and giving subpar service. Charging for ketchups and extra syrup is freaking ridiculous, especially if somebody...

came to this McDonald's to grab a quick meal with my friends. the girl who took my order was rude and was looking away the whole time and because of that she rang in my order wrong. after I received my meal I went back to the register to ask for buffalo and signature sauce to go with my 8 chicken sandwiches and nuggets. the manager Sergio and Rudolf said that I had to pay for any extra condiments. my friend approached the register to ask for the managers name and while he was walking away the manager sergio loudly and rudely said EXCUSE ME to get his attention. will not be returning to this location again this is the worst location I have ever visited and the worst customer service I have...
