The manager David is extremely rude. I placed and paid for an order in the app. When I got there the drive-thru was coned off and there was a note on the window saying they closed 2 hours early. There were at least 2 men in the office across from the drive-thru window. I got their attention and asked them to come to the window. I was repeatedly waved away and given what looked like a gesture to call. The whole time I’m asking them to please come to the window, I just have a question. I called the restaurant and no one answered the phone. They acted as though they didn’t even hear the phone ringing. I knocked again and David who identified himself as “one of the managers” came to the window. I explained the situation and asked what should I do, since they are closed and I already paid and can’t get a refund on the app. He told me to come back later with my receipt and I could get a refund or the food. I asked how they would know that I didn’t get my order when I returned. He did take my name and order after I questioned his resolution. I told him waving me off like that was rude and uncalled for and he should treat customers better. He said they were doing an update and there was nothing they could do. I told him he didn’t have to be rude and he could have come to the window when I first knocked instead of waving me off (btw both men are at the window now). He just repeatedly said “okay”. I’m not upset that they closed early and didn’t close off app orders I’m upset with the rudeness of management. The same energy he used to repeatedly wave for me to go away and ignore the phone ringing could have been used to see what my concern was. I was at that window for at least 5 minutes and obviously they weren’t needed in the office for the update since they both came to the window. There are too many restaurants on western center for me to spend my money at a place with horrible customer service. Why start off with rudeness? I wasn’t mad about the situation so I at least expected to be treated with respect and that didn’t happen. Two managers having the same nonchalant attitude towards customer service is a red flag. Read moreDidn't get home till super late(2am) and everything was closed fast food wise around me. Got to McDonald's and got to the speaker they said they were only accepting cash I said ok and pulled away to go pull cash. Came back ordered food. Paid and pulled up to the next window. Waited 10 min for food. I was fine with that. Get the food and get home. Sat down to eat. I asked for mayo only. Never asked for extra mayo. The burger was dripping with mayo so much it was coming out of the wrapper before I even opened it. No wonder why they are charging extra when you ask for mayo only.....they are putting like a 1/4 cup of mayo on it. So I took a lot of it off...but then when I went to take a bite the buns were stale. And not just a little they were rock hard. Asked my family if their buns were hard too. 5 out of the 8 burgers that we ordered were stale. All 8 had tons of mayo. Called up there to complain and they said ok come back and we will replace it all. I said I would come tomorrow(today). Threw the food away and ended up just having soup. If they served stale bread then no telling what else was bad. So today I went and took my receipt to replace the food. The manager I spoke to had an attitude. When I told her what happened and gave her the name of the manager I spoke with she acted like there was no one by that name. Asked me what I wanted her to do about it. I said I want my food replaced like I was told it would be. She said so you want me to replace a burger. I told her NO! I want you to replace the entire order. She rolled her eyes then finally started putting the order in. Then told me it would be a few minutes. Never handed me my old recipet back or gave me a new one. Will not be going to this McDonald's again! I will just stick to the one closer to me. BAD...
Read moreZero stars . Originally ordered a delivery thru uber eats driver was really sweet but turns out the store had given me a doordash order so i called uber to get a refund . And then tried to call the store but no one would answer until i finally got someone on the phone asked if my order was still sitting there hangs up . I call again no answer once again . Then finally answer again and then once again they hang up on me . So instead I decided to drive up there at almost 2 am and told them I was picking up a uber eats order then they asked for the code . Then I told them that this was originally a delivery but they gave my driver a doordash order and they still weren't listening and once again asking for a code and I told them I was picking up my own order . Showed the receipt and the bag of the doordash order . And yet again avoiding the fact that they gave me a DOORDASH order !! . Name was Claudia claims to be a manager acting like she was either high as a kite or falling asleep not even paying attention to the real issue. Oh and on the phone she had the audacity to tell me . " it's not my problem call uber then hung up . She doesn't deserve a job in customer service period . Calling corporate to make sure they take care of this . Absolutely ridiculous.
