Crumbl — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Terrible location. I have been a customer of crumbl for quite a while and this store isn't up to standards. Start out by getting greeted by no one while the employees hide in the back. Asked if they could box my cookies separately since I was on my motorcycle but they told me I would have to pay 50cents a box on top of buying the cookies. I have had other locations do this without issue. In the interest of customer satisfaction and overall morale they were severely rude. Cookies ended up ruined and overall put a bad taste in my mouth for this company. Bad service! My little sister came here on her 21st birthday for her free cookie. For some reason, the app did not populate her voucher. She's had the app for a long time but since it doesn't ask for your birth date at sign up, she hadn't entered her birth date until today. I guess the app does not send out same-day voucher codes. My little sister had her driver license on her, offered to show the employee, Ava, who said it didn't matter what she showed her because if the app didn't have the voucher, then she couldn't give her the cookie. Crumble cookies delivery has been what has carried me through the end of my graduate school program. It started as a little gift to myself for completing a paper etc. but in the last few weeks it’s just a gift to myself for getting another week closer. I absolutely LOVE the different flavors each week, something to look forward to. I also really like the mini cookies options. They are perfect mini cookies that satisfy my sweet tooth.
