Used to frequent this place. Today my partner went through the drive-through and ordered a brownie sundae, asking for the hot brownie in a separate box so the ice cream wouldn’t melt. This has never been an issue before. The teen who helped her was clearly unsure but still incredibly polite.

After a long wait- watching other customers arrive, get their food, and leave- an older woman stormed up to the window, visibly irritated, and said: “You ARE getting it in one box. We don’t do that for you. That’s why it’s discounted.” (What discount??)

To the woman who spoke to my family that way: you should be ashamed. You made yourself look childish, bitter, and utterly unprofessional to everyone within earshot.

I’m so glad I got a wild hair to try this place out. Not only was the service phenomenal, but the menu was even better!! They have a wild variety of ice creams and milk shakes and blended treats, but they also had great coffee and an awesome selections of flavors to add that you don’t really find anywhere else. And the cookies, don’t even get me started. The cookies are typical, they have unique ingredients, taste fresh and are HUGE.
