World of Smoke & Vape - Alta Mere — Local services in White Settlement

I’ve tried a handful of smoke/vape shops around looking for any remedies to help alleviate chronic pain or help with insomnia (mainly caused by pain). I ask my doctors about any type of natural remedies and I go out and try them out. Being that most of these things aren’t regulated and finding solid information on them online is rare, I depend on the owners and/or employees of these shops to help further guide me to a specific product or brand.

Of all the shops I’ve been to, World of Smoke & Vape (WoS&V) has been the ONLY one to have actual information, suggestions/recommendations, and knowledge of the products they’re selling in their own shop. The last shop I went to, that will remain unnamed, literally told me that 5 different strains of products were basically the same but just the label and names are different - and if I wanted to find out more about it I should just “Google it.”

Imagine someone completely ignorant to these types of products blindly listening to these types of people. That could lead to a very, very bad experience.

Today was the second time I visited WoS&V in less than 24 hours because of the great service I first received. On my second visit today I was lucky enough to meet and talk with Sal, who is an absolute blessing to this store. He actually listened to what I had going on, what I’ve tried before, what I was looking for, etc. He didn’t try to upsell me or steer me towards anything based on price, but rather what fit my personal needs. He was able to answer all my questions and even further educate me on things. He didn’t even tell me to look things up on the internet! And if that wasn’t enough, he even gave me samples of similar products to see how they work. I cannot remember the last time I experienced professionalism, courtesy, compassion, and knowledge in a customer service setting.

I came to the store because I saw it it was clean well lit conveniently located and had a great selection also they were pet friendly which was a big plus, but I keep coming back because Molly has never steered me wrong.
