This location has the potential to be the best. Their pizza is top notch and the night drivers are top notch but unfortunately they need to replace the store manager with someone that is qualified to be a manager and they need to hire day drivers that know how to follow English instructions. My friend ordered from them several times but on 2 occasions their day driver did not follow delivery instructions and never delivered both times. On the first occurrence the corporate manager gave a refund but on the second occurrence my friend spoke to the store manager (Joseph) and the store manager was condescending and kept interrupting my friend but the worst part is that the store manager fabricated a bedtime story and said that he had personally given numerous refunds which is a lie. The truth is my friend was given one refund and it was not given by the store manager. It was given by the corporate manager. And sure enough my friend's bank statement proves he was given one refund only. So the last order my friend paid for a product he never received and the store manager refused to give a refund. Charging someone for a product they never received is theft so as long as they have the same store manager and day driver, they will never get my friend's business again nor mine nor any of our friends. Read morePlease be aware of the owner Robert. He is so unprofessional and very argumentative. I ordered a large bacon pizza about a month and a half ago. I was told by the store manager that I could get a remake. I called today to get the remake and Robert answered the phone. He told me I couldn't get my replacement today because the GM was off and he doesn't know where he keeps the remake list and that he wasn't going to call and bother him on his day off due to him not having a day off in 30 days. That was very disappointing to hear, and as a customer I shouldn't have to suffer because the process isn't well put together within. The only reason I'm even in this situation is because they didn't get my order correct and to have to be accused of wanting a free pizza was very distasteful. He actually told me he can't just give me a free pizza.
