Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I read reviews and was not sure if I wanted to come in, there are so many bad reviews, come on, shouldn't management check ???. All your bad reviews answers are like sorry call us?? But anyways . Food is not cheap at all, 4 kids meals and a sandwich $50bucks literally. Their fries servings are getting ridiculous, and to top it off, cold,hard,old fries, I honestly wanted to get my money back and complain, few ladies there,ok niceish or um don't care. The one in Hulen better,but lately fries are ol,hard too and they have cut their portions, so disappointed in you Canes😡

I’ve come here several times in the passed year and I’ve never had a problem. There was red looking hair in my food! They usually are very efficient and friendly, I’ve never had a problem with the food but today was a shock. The fries look like they were sitting out all day and I ordered a box combo that has 4 strips but they gave me 3. I had just got out a long shift and didn’t even bother to check the food when they gave it to me because they never do me wrong at this location but i regretted it when I got home. Tell your employees to learn when and when not to say kind of racist words… So my mom, a Mexican Women, went through the drive thru yesterday Thursday the 14th around 5:40. When getting her food the girl at the window asks “Where are you from?”… kind of weird but okay. My mom proceeds to say she’s from Mexico. The girl proceeds to just say “Oh okay” while she proceeds to close the window she says something around the lines of “Why do people from other countries get to have nice cars.” Now I don’t know exactly how she worded it but still, no matter what that’s not something you say out loud while you’re on the clock.
